I
have
been
contemplating
whether
I
should
leave
a
review
as
the
fitness
industry
is
pretty
small.
But
after
my
recently
experience
I
feel
like
I
need
to
share
my
honest
opinion.
I
was
a
Lesmills
group
fitness
instructor
for
years
and
due
to
knee
injuries,
in
the
past
few
years
I've
been
teaching
Pilates
and
Yoga
only.
I
recently
joined
the
gym
after
having
a
baby.
I
wanted
to
do
dancing
classes
and
reformer
pilates.
Though
it
turned
out
the
Monday
night
class
isn't
really
a
dancing
class
but
that's
fine.
I
have
been
to
reformer
classes
taught
by
5
different
instructors.
And
I
can
say
there
were
only
2
instructors
classes
were
taught
professionally
and
enjoyable.
I
have
been
to
a
class
taught
by
Fiona
and
I
just
wanted
to
leave
after
5
minutes.
Very
unenthusiastic
and
boring
class,
she
was
not
engaged
or
present
and
the
most
I
remembered
about
the
class
was
that
she
was
counting
a
lot,
that's
all.
I
never
returned
after
1
class.
I
did
however
enjoy
Jaime
and
Samina's
classes.
I
couldn't
book
a
reformer
class
yesterday
as
they
are
very
popular
and
often
booked
up
quickly.
I
went
to
a
TRX
suspension
class
instead
for
the
first
time.
Firstly
the
instructor
didn't
greet
anyone
or
even
ask
if
anyone
has
injuries
before
starting
the
class.
There
was
another
who
told
the
instructor
it
was
her
first
time
trying
the
class.
The
instructor
didn't
say
anything
helpful
but
oh
I
need
to
pack
the
stuff
away
for
the
next
class
and
just
went
on
doing
what
she
was
doing.
I
could
tell
that
lady
was
quite
intimidated.
If
I
weren't
an
ex
instructor
I
would
have
find
it
intimidating
too.
As
a
first
time
participant
I
definitely
didn't
feel
welcome.
Anyway,
5
minutes
into
the
class,
I
was
doing
lunges.
The
instructor
walked
towards
me
and
asked
me
to
go
lower
in
my
lunge.
I
told
her
'I
can't
because
I
have
knee
injuries,
I
will
just
do
half
ranges'.
She
looked
at
me
funny
and
said
'of
course
you
can'.
I
was
shocked
by
her
response.
I
insisted
that
I
know
what
I
am
doing
and
I
will
do
what
I
can.
Somehow
she
didn't
like
my
respond.
As
she
walked
away
she
said
'well
this
is
not
the
class
for
you
then'.
WOW,
I
have
never
seen
any
instructor
with
such
attitude
but
I
polity
said
to
her
again
I
will
do
what
I
can
and
continued
on.
It
is
safe
to
say
I
will
not
attend
that
instructors
classes
again.
Not
only
the
attitude,
she
didn't
bother
tying
her
hair
back.
As
half
of
the
time
she
was
busy
tidying
her
hair
while
demonstrating.
Now
about
the
creche,
the
staff
have
been
very
friendly
each
time
I
brough
my
little
one
there.
But
every
time
I
picked
him
up
he
smelled
like
he's
been
sprayed
with
very
strong
perfume.
I
never
mentioned
anything
to
the
staff
but
it
did
bother
me
and
I
had
to
bath
my
baby
to
wash
off
the
smell
every
time
I
got
home.
Recently
I
noticed
my
weekly
membership
has
gone
up
and
I
was
told
by
reception
staff
that
because
I
didn't
show
up
for
a
creche
session
that
I
have
booked
in.
I
understand
that
if
I
don't
show
up
then
I
would
be
charged
the
session
I've
booked
in.
But
apparently
there
is
an
extra
fee
charged
for
no
shows.
Which
I
was
no
aware
of,
that's
why
I
thought
it
was
a
membership
fee
increase
without
notice.
I
explained
to
them
that
sometimes
little
babies
just
decides
they
want
to
sleep
when
mum
wants
go
to
the
gym
and
it
would
be
too
late
to
cancel
by
then.
I
have
no
problem
for
paying
for
the
session
that
I
booked
but
didn't
use
but
I
don't
think
it
is
reasonable
to
charge
an
extra
fee
on
top
of
that.
After
expressing
my
concerns
with
the
stuff
they
said
they
will
speak
to
the
manager
and
contact
me.
Which
they
haven't,
after
calling
them
back
they
told
me
none
of
the
management
are
working.
Great,
I
am
cancelling
my
membership.
