I absolutely love the customer service, at the mandurah David Jones, very helpful in choosing something different but also keeps you in fashion. Helpful with colour combinations. Love David Jones, but found the Mandurah store quite disappointing with there Christmas Deco, and annoying prices was not on many items. Which made me walk away. I did buy a few nice things & the lady who served was very nice & helpful

Purchased 3 very cool dresses. Super range with a variety of styles to suit everyone and that you don't see locally. Great store, staff were helpful and truthful 😳😂😂

Have had good experience with David Jones store managed to obtain two items which I had searched for in dedicated places, but DJs came up trumps.👍

Limited staff, and when you eventually manage to hunt one down, they are busy chatting in the corner amongst themselves. Some departments within the store were a ravaged mess. Limited stock. I shall be going to garden city or the cbd in future. Which is a shame because I would prefer to shop locally whenever possible.

Pretty good the ladys were really nice trying to get husband shorts, but the young man just walked past and said no they don't have those Ok we felt a bit put out by his attitude and we left

Wanted to know a price on a bag. My wife asked if she could check the price she said no she was too busy doing stock. The shop was empty and told me to find a till .
