I have stayed on suit room, which is provided as best room in hotel. But there wasn't any slippers, so I was asking reception twice to provide me with slippers. They made me to wait for it, and no results. The suit room, and they cannot provide slippers. Disgusting service. Never come 👎

Nice hotel in a great position close to a nice shopping center. The service is sub par. In our case, they gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied (in the middle of the night!), and were a bit rude in refusing to give back the passports until our check out.

Excellent rooms and very luxurious hotel. The gym was excellent and we'll equipped. The indoor pool was great but the water was warm for hot summer days in Ashgabat. The Berkarar shopping mall is walking distance too. The breakfast was very basic so don't have too many expectations

A pretty decent hotel. The room was very big and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was good and water pressure strong. Check in was busy but fairly fast. Breakfast is pretty bad. Location is decent.

So basically all the tourists get send here - its a nice hotel, but you have the feeling you’re constantly being watched. Nog a weird thought considering there are cameras everywhere 😂. We wanted a late check out, this would cost us the same as one night extra - not very friendly service. The mall across the road is nice to get dinner and hang out.

This is one of the nicest hotel we stayed while in Türkmenistan, our room is large, clean, luxurious and will a great view of the city. The AC works and sound installation was good. Our bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water and nice puffy warm towels and bathrobe. I heard from our friends the spa was excellent too. This hotel is walking distance to the shopping mall and the sports complex.
