O2 has been brilliant: help on the phone, advice about action to take, and practical help and expertise. Excellent local response too on phone from Mark, and fantastic care, patience and support from Michael yesterday. He fitted a new SIM card and set up my new phone after my old one was stolen on holiday. I bought my phone from Apple but have a Sim only contract with 02. Just brilliant all round. I won’t be moving from O2 anytime soon! Pam

We went in Saturday and were helped by Michael. He was incredibly helpful and honest and I have complete confidence in his product knowledge. Unfortunately, when we left we realised that we were still in contract with another provider and the exit fees would be too much to change at present but we will definitely come back when we are out of contract .

Ethan gave me some excellent service. I shall always be happy to use o2 in market Harborough, my old phone was broken and he recommended me a really good new one to upgrade to big credit to the team

I called into this store and Mark could not of been more helpful. He explained everything he was doing and he had solved the problems I was having. He sorted things that I could not do and he was VERY professional.
