Great shop with friendly staff and a good selection of quality shoes

Jon was fantastic, very knowledgable and helped me find the perfect pair of casual shoes. He was also happy to take me through other models and gave me a great understanding of the company as a whole. I’ll definitely be back as soon as I can to enjoy the great hospitality of him and his team. Thoroughly recommend.

Don't waste time with this place the selection is small and the prices are way too high even the seconds are over priced, you can find better deals online or in shops and they are not rejects. They brought out a pair of black shoes they were asking over £100 and the stitching was all burst on the heel, I would advise to be very careful an inspect closely before you buy.

Came to the outlet yesterday to have a look and purchase shoes, Max was extremely helpful, approachable and a great salesperson. During my entire experience I felt looked after! Definitely worth the hour drive to the store!

Popped in from Australia on a trip back. Usually go to Barker but they didn't have a massive selection. The Loake outlet was much nicer and the staff were really helpful. Based on how good the staff were, product range, quality and price, I'm converted!

Great welcome and very helpful assistance from Ali and Matt. Had my feet measured, had a look at everything in my size and came away with four pairs of smart new Loakes, including ex-display pair at half retail price. I think that it is fantastic value for the quality and worth the trip.
