Lovely modernised Coaching Inn. Given a room in the old part, but very clean, comfortable & we'll equipped. Likewise, with the bathroom with a bath/shower. The only problem it was up 3 flights of stairs, so probably ask for an alternative which there are plenty of. We twice had the evening meal from a good range menu, we'll cooked, which was served hot by very nice, polite staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was equally as good, again the staff were polite & friendly. The "Inn Collection" has a number of similar hotels round the country and we we would be happy to stay at this hotel again or one of their others.

A lovely old coaching house with the rooms spread over several buildings right in the centre of town. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of plug sockets and lights. The en suite had a shower over the bath and gorgeous products were provided, including shampoo and conditioner! The tea making facilities in the room were good with a nice selection of tea and coffee, however there were little sachets of semi skimmed milk and we needed 3 in a mug to make it drinkable! We had dinner our first night at the hotel and thought the choice was great, we both had a starter and a main course and were so full we couldn't manage desert. With drinks our meal was about £30 each before the tip. A good choice is provided for breakfast which is buffet style, continental cheeses and meats, cereals, breads and cooked food....the sausages were particularly good and you aren't hovered over, so you can take whatever you want. I found the stairs to the room difficult because, as it's an old building, they're narrow and steep, next time we stay we'll ask for a ground floor room. We had a lovely long weekend using the hotel as our base and will definitely stay there next time we're in Market Harborough, so I can highly recommend it.

Best but I've ever had especially at the value for money prices. Sorry no pictures as I was with company and don't want to be rude when with company. I would have taken pics and will definately go again. Google says 8,800 people liked my last pictures. I'm getting noticed for my reviews. Lol

Stayed here on a two night New Years package. Firstly the room was'nt the biggest but was clean and had everything we needed. The New Years eve party was lovely (food was hot and tasty (our compliments to the kitchen staff). but what really made our stay was the fantastic staff they were so friendly and happy throughout our stay can't praise them enough. A great stay and the package was great value too.

Don’t stay in room 34 unless you plan to be in the bar until closing. Room 34 is directly over the bar’s exit, and you’ll hear loud, boozy yelling all night long from patrons hanging outside. The staff doesn’t monitor what goes on out there. Enjoy a sleepless stay if you’re in rooms 33 or 34 or are overlooking the alley.

Cozy Hotel right in the centre of Market Harborough town. Caring friendly staff, I was unwell and couldn't travel back home on the day planned, they shuffled things around so I could stay in the same room another night. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Nicely located with good seating areas inside and out. We arrived at s busy time and so needed to wait for bar service due to insufficient bar staff. However there was a good range of drinks ( a very nice argentinian malbec in our case) and the food came pretty well when we were ready. Very good atmosphere. Worth a visit,

Really nice. Beautifully colourful flowers out the back, create a great atmosphere. Had a fired pizza from the outdoor oven. Spot on good drinks and good service. Always a pleasure to frequent here.

The hotel is right in the middle of Market Harborough, and a lot of local people go there to enjoy the food and bars. The really remarkable thing about the hotel is the staff. Ophelia, Glenn, and Hayley were so, so helpful and really looked after my friend and I. They really are the absolute best team. The food at breakfast was all really great. Amazing hotel and would really recommend.

The original coaching inn faces onto the High Street and is very picturesque. Behind it, there are a number of extensions and new buildings that house the majority of the guest bedrooms. Our room was large, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, and both the food and service were superb. We didn't have breakfast as the options didn't suit my partner, but there are so many coffee shops nearby that the hard part is deciding which one to use. Parking is in any of the numerous pay-and-display spaces behind the hotel, but on checkin, you are given a voucher (timed and dated) to display in your windscreen. A very relaxing, quiet, comfortable place to stay while exploring the beautiful and historic town of Market Harborough.

Beautiful place and real fire to boot. Bar staff very nice too. Lovely atmosphere but the lights are a little too bright in the front area of the bar. Wonderful place though :)

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was a guest of honour. The reception was very nice, simple welcome. The room was very very nice, good size and balcony with a nice view. Just wait for breakfast, upstairs from the main restaurant, the decor is like what is imagine Buckingham palace breakfast room to be like, although maybe not as spaced out to fit in the hotel guests. I would definitely stay here again, visit Market Harborough again, just as an excuse to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed one night in room 82 back of the newer part of the hotel. Bathroom OK clean fresh items. Furniture in room was dark wood ...very dusty on surfaces in drawers I was looking for a hair dryer ..saw all the dust on all the surfaces and light fitting looked in other drawers..very dusty at the back, not just a day ..weeks. Quilt cover reached edge of bed ...seemed small. No water bottles in room, biscuits and coffee bags though. One window opened other unable to open. Location of hotel very good. Breakfast , buffet hot food not hot, eggs seen better days. Breakfast could be improved.... Reception was efficient. Staff friendly. Looking tired in the rooms and dust just drew your more attention to the fact. Overall an OK stay.

Enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good. My only complaint? I had asked for a quiet room. I got a ground floor with a view of the car park. Lorries loading/unloading linens and food arrived at 6am for an early wake up call!

Best Hotel I have stayed in! Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Their winter deal was amazing value. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It was the staff that made this hotel stand out - thank you. Will definitely return.

What a fabulous stay. Good nights sleep, great breakfast! Fabulous staff. Disappointed with high tea. The “scones” were just bread. Weird. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had two nights at the here and were in room 51 as I need an accessible room. The room was a good size and I could easily get my electric wheelchair in to be charged up. Our car was parked directly outside in a disabled space, so this made it easier bringing our luggage in and out. The bed was very comfortable and the wet room was a great size. Yes the room could do with being updated and the toilets for the restaurant next door are directly above, which created some noise during the day, but we slept well and the room is right next door to the restaurant, so not far to walk. The hotel is also in a great place to explore the town and free parking is definitely a bonus. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection. The only downside was that breakfast is served in the upstairs restaurant, which is not accessible (no lift) so we had to sit downstairs, which is a nice area but it meant the staff had to get all that we wanted and so we could not use any buffet sections. We would definitely stay again though if we are ever in Market Harborough again.

Used to go for drinks there regularly, back in the glory days of Poretti being the main premium lager but shortly afterwards the drinks prices became detached from the rest of Market Harborough, likely because it is primarily a hotel, not a pub. Service used to often take longer than expected, so in the end we decided that we would go elsewhere. It's still a lovely pub, full of character, and when the weather is good enough there is a nice outside area to sit in.

Extremely nice surrounds, good quality room (toilet seat was loose and the outside fire door extremely squeaky) great central town location with access to lots of restaurants. Parking was extremely difficult even though I was staying a few nights but it was peak summer so a busy time. Staff very friendly and breakfast was exemplary. All in all a very nice place.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was amazing, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and lovely extras such as biscuits, small bar of chocolate and luxury toiletries. Bar food and breakfast were lovely, along with the hand pulled beer. The staff at The Swan were very friendly, especially in the bar and the breakfast room. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here one night and was impressed by how genuinely friendly all the staff we met were. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with lovely goodies. Initially selected The Three Swans Hotel for price and availability, it certainly over delivered on expectations. Thanks to all the reception, cleaning, bar and restaurant staff we met.

I took advantage of their Hot-desk day rate. We had builders in the house. I work from home, so I needed somewhere to go and work. The rate included unlimited tea and coffee, use of broadband, a lite lunch and parking at the hotel. I had a quiet corner with a good-sized table to spread out paperwork. I thought it was excellent value.

Myself and my friend had Afternoon Tea at the hotel yesterday and were very impressed. Excellent selection of vegetarian sandwiches on brown bread, delicious warm scones with cream & jam and 4 little scrumptious desserts. Service was excellent, we had a really lovely relaxing afternoon. THANKYOU

My family and I visited over the weekend for late lunch we called in the morning to confirm our booking .When we arrived there was no booking ? We were told they could 'squeeze us in ! even though all but one table was empty. We ordered the roast dinner and the meat was lovely however there were very few vegetables and a tiny Yorkshire pudding! We went on to order deserts and waited a good ten minutes for ice cream. Overall not amazing food or service very standard for the price. Will probably try elsewhere next time.

Stayed here for a few days. Arrived in the evening and ate in the restaurant. The food was very good. Staff were very accommodating and allowed me to work upstairs in the breakfast area on my laptop until they were ready to leave. My room was freezing the first night however, when I told reception late that evening they provided me with an electric heater for the evening so I was lovely and cosy. The breakfast choices were excellent, the mushrooms were amazing. I would definitely stay here again but get a double room. My only suggestion would be to have different biscuits with no milk in the rooms

Had a great stay here on a Saturday in March. The room was amazing with everything you needed from coffee machine with pods chocolate bars bottled water DAB radio ironing board toiletries and more. Breakfast was included and was excellent, A buffet with all you would want and cooked really well. The hotel decor is 5 star A stay here is very relaxing and we can't wait to return. We paid £88 a last minute booking made on the hotels website.

Stayed overnight in room 95, 28/8/22, clean room with huge bed. Well presented & very polite staff throughout. Breakfast was superb, excellent choice of cold or hot breakfast, tea / coffee served at your table. Ample free parking. I would very highly recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. We would definitely return if we needed an overnight stay in the area again.

I'm very happy with our stay and the use of one of the conference rooms. The hotel rooms are very good, the food was excellent for us and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We used one of the large conference rooms for our business meeting. It's a very pleasant space but it would benefit from having sockets near to or under the desks to charge laptops. I can appreciate the room probably has multiple functions and that may not be viable but just something to consider. Overall highly recommended.

Fantastic one-night stay here over our wedding anniversary. The staff were brilliant and the food just as good. The prices were very reasonable for a hotel. The standout has to be the staff, though. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay and anniversary meal. I really can’t thank them enough.
