Further EDIT. As mentioned once again, I haven’t stayed. It’s not about that, it’s about your tone and professionalism. You were very blunt and rude in your emails and as for the lies, maybe you should read the negative reviews on this page! It’s there in black and white. I’m not playing a game, but it’s important that others are prepared and heaven forbid if they have any issues, then they know what to expect as OTHERS have mentioned! EDIT. As mentioned below, I have NEVER stayed here before. However if anyone wants to see the correspondence I’ve had, feel free to contact me. The manager has been reported! Nothing fake about my ordeal I never actually stayed! I’m moving abroad and requested a longer stay to which the “manager” agreed and gave me a good price (March 2022) She then decided to not give me the deal and told me to book direct! When I questioned this, her attitude was actually one of the worst I’ve dealt with and got very argumentative. Told me nothing was agreed and said we’d been talking months (3 weeks). Refused to give me head office contacts, refused to be reasonable and to be quite honest, probably done me a favour in the long run as I hear they’ve suffered with mites and damp problems

Practicality 4/5, large comfy room with large double bed and sofa. Small fridge, kettle. Small supply tea, coffee and sugar, inevitable longlife milk. No lift to upstairs rooms so ask if you need help with bags. Clean sheets and warm. Luxury 3/5 being generous. Room decor a bit tired, sofa bed looks functional and bathroom may benefit from an update. Overall though great for a quick overnight stay, not far from A14, slightly off M1 but still reasonable if you'd rather not stay near the motorway. Very little facilities nearby that we could see on our brief stop. Hotel does offer drink and snacks and there is a restaurant on site.

The Asian man in the reception was very rude when I arrived to check in and also when I was going out he thought I was checking out. He spoiled my stay.He obviously doesn't know what customer service means

Easy check-in. Lovely spacious room. Well furnished and clean. Shame restaurant wasn't open for breakfast but I knew this when I booked.

Excellent travelling stop. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed.

Lovely little hotel. Quiet. Clean rooms. You do need a car.

I needed a bed for one night closse to Market Harborough and tried this budget accommodate. It was clean and adequate. Staff were polite and helpful.

Everything, except breakfast, we needed for a 1 night stopover. Didn't try the attached Italian restaurant. Very clean. Staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely lady on reception, easy check-in, clean and tidy room. Hotel is on a busy road so noisy all night. Shower head was above so could not use as no complimentary shower caps and 2 people in our room but 1 pack biscuits, 1 shampoo & 1 shower gel. Kettle was very, very loud. Reception sells snacks/water (£1.50 for a snickers!!!) Italian restaurant next door pricey (harsly anyone inside).

Lady on reception was absolutely lovely, hotel was clean and quiet and location is gorgeous. Didn't end up going to the restaurant but it looked nice. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working out that way 😄

Lovely location with connections to near by towns and a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The day staff can be quite rude and told my group off for opening doors, they also complained about us having 3 adults in a family room when the booking we made had 3 adults on it. The room is quite nice with a comfortable bed and good curtains, the room is quite simple but has everything you need for the price.

This was actually a really nice play to stay. Rooms are good size with everything you need. Nice and clean lovely staff and a decent breakfast for an extra £10. Only downsize is that they only take card payment. I was allowed to pay cash as a one off but I had to leave a £60 deposit which I got back no quibbles. But it is only card payment usually

Booked a room and was told I would have to pay £10 extra to check late as I was at a wedding and couldn’t check in when stated…. Very rude when asked to cancel the room. Horrible people

Hotel was clean and tidy. Lady at reception couldn't have been any nicer. But if you have mobility problems tell them at time of booking and rooms at bottom can be allocated to you as no lift
