Too much bitter experience, sales person are too much bad , continuously urging, never goes in this shop , completely bad experience.

Bad customer service when compared to other competitors stores like Tanishq. You will not feel welcome and definitely they will not value you for the time and money you spend here. We visited to check on the collections. First they have very limited collection and on top of that the sales representatives will not show you half of the items. You will have to keep insisting and then they might show you some extra pieces. I was wondering how they are sustaining in the market with such bad customer experience. The lady who was displaying the items was not interested to show us new collections at all. She kept saying thats all we have. It becomes very difficult to select an earing or necklaces when you show us only 5-6 pieces. As soon as my wife tried an earing she was more keen on finalizing that piece instead of showing us more options. Moreover she was more interested in selling other items like imitation or monthly investment schemes. We got irritated as she was not interested in selling the items we wanted to see but was more interested to make us understand how monthly schemes can help us in the long run. We somehow selected two earrings and came out. We went back after two days to exchange one item. This time also the experience was similar. They don't have collection. Only few items to choose from. Moreover this time once we finalized an item and went for billing, the sale person took a customer feedback form and filled it by himself. He gave all full ratings and told me to submit it at the billing counter. I did not submit it. Well this was expected from them. They themselves know they will never get good feedback from customer, so they fill it themselves. We also saw that they have water bottle and coffee provision for customers but they never serve them. Every store does it. Even Senco Gold store in Barasat serves coffee and water to all incoming customers. But this store does not value customers at all. Probably the management needs to be changed. I hope Senco Gold higher authorities see this review so that they can improve this store. Else this store will definitely ruin the customer experience. I personally will always avoid Senco Gold for the bad customer experience I had visiting this store twice. Not recommended at all. Think twice before walking into this store and investing your hard earned money. Visit Tanishq or any other store instead.

Senco Gold, we all know how they're in making gold jewellery. Being specific to this branch, they are good in their business. Nice behaviour, nice collection. Car parking might be little tricky as you have to park your car roadside.

It will not my wishlist store anymore for future purchases. It's not a customer centric store. I always preferred Senco Gold as because last 12 years we are purchasing gold jewellery from this Brand however this store made me uncomfortable situation during my purchase. I never seen any misguided situations ever from Senco. Hope they will correct their conversation during any deal.

The showroom is situated just outside the busy marketplace of Habra. It has a good parking place in front of the showroom. The attending employees are well behaved and the environment of the showroom is pleasant.

I have been buying jewelery from Senco Gold for the past few years but this year during Dhanteras the experience was not very good. A defect product delivery is made immediately call and inform and they deny. Atleast I can take another product after talking to the manager. I have to say I did not expect such a branded company product to be like this.

Senco gold and diamond Habra branch is located at joygachhi, opposite side of trends and beside of waterballs shop, I went their habra branch someday ago for my mother's ear ring, with my parents, they assist us professionally, their behaviour was quite good, but one person (male) in their gossip collection department, he was not wanting to show more collections that time was their leaving time (7:45) but that woman who showing us ear rings she was gave effort to make a choice. So now I want to say their service is good and professional, I cant say its bad service for that one man. Their overall service is good I can give them 5stars but that one person I dont give it 😊

Although we have visited Gariahat & Moulali branch of Senco Gold & Diamonds earlier, but went to Habra branch for the first time. Really had an awesome experience there today! 💯 The staffs were really down to earth, paid attention to our needs, showed us different chur bangles, solid bangles according to our choice with patience & smile, also showed us gold rings, silver earings based on our preferences as well. They were really attentive towards ours preferences & suggested or showed jewelry based on that which I really liked about that branch. Thank you to the entire team. 🙏🏻
