Staff likes to immediately hang up and are extremely impolite. Main reception is okay, but once you get a different line, lime E.R they will immediately drop your call once you ask a question. That said, I think that experience saved me time and grievances calling, as the reviews here really do show thag the staff simply does not care. This is something you would expect in a Public hospital, not a Private Hospital that CHARGES MORE compared to other Private Hospitals. You might as well go to St.Luke's Hospital instead with the money you are shilling out, at least the staff there would treat you properly.

If you are planning to go here for a serious check-up, involving the brain or heart, or anything that would put your loved one(s) in the ICU, DON'T BOTHER CONSIDERING THIS HOSPITAL. One procedure requires 24 hours to do - their specialists only visits once a day. All the procedures could actually be done in a day but they choose not to probably for fees.

I am here for PT sessions using HMO card. The processor is not trying hard enough to call HMO call centers, that it took me 30 minutes to get a referral. She might have tried once and called again after 25 minutes. What a lousy service. Fast forward to 1 year, it's still the same. There is now a queueing system but it will still take you minimum of 30 minutes for an approval. Sometimes, I have to wothdraw request and jusy pay cash.

Not the best place for delivering pregnancy as they will rip you your money. Don't be fooled by their doctor's so called package deals. Majority of their staff are stubborn and mean. Don't bother to look for a physician specially during rounds because you won't find one. You might even be discharged without seeing the same doctor who operated on you.

Can I ask if this hospital is convenient and good for a pregnant woman? For a monthly check up and giving birth, thank you.

OGH was always my choice since when my kids were little. I'm delighted as to how they provided their service today. Their process was great, fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and accomodating and what I love most is the quick turnaround time for the all the lab tests. Kudos to the ER staff today 👏 👍.

Our go to hospital. Look for Dra. Palogan although she's only purely teleconsult or her sons for face to face which they are very accommodating to everyone. For pedia look for Dra. Olivarez-Orteza. Veey very good. Been our kids doctor when they were young.

This is my go to hospital but today I experienced something unexpected from the information where our health cards was being approved. I was waiting for over 30mins for the procedure to be approved when i followed up for my approval 🙄 since its already past lunch time as i was already very hungry and also my son. I was asked to wait but when i stand up to follow up again i saw my sons health card and the approval form by the window just there without informing me that the approval is already finished. It was really disrespectful and it made me very angry😒 😤

My son needs a surgery (hernia) i need to have pedia surgeon. "on call doctor" the staffs (nurses,doctors,cleaners,security guards) are very friendly however the bad REVIEW is that their billing department was not really helpful at all especially ROSEMARIE the big F*T mistisa has an attitude,ever since I've seen her a lot of people have a complaint at her.she's very lucky that she still have her JOB. look they should be polite and be considerate to explain things because, people is already stressed/worried (MIX EMOTIONS) after seeing their bill,not all the people who goes at the private hospital has a lot of extra money to pay for the bill.right?anyway always read your final bill,always double checked if the medicines should be included on your bill. ending of this incident me and my family have a big trauma at this hospital considering i always gave birth at this hospital (FIX PACKAGE/PRICE). we will never consider to be confine on this hospital except for the check up at the PEDIA and my OBGYN have another clinic scheds at the other hospitals so there. We used their Teleconsultation service as we didn’t want my father to risk contacting COVID-19 outside. In just 15-20 minutes, we were able to get hold of a Pulmonologist via Zoom. Thank you very much for the fast response. My father feels assured and feels better already.

Went there yesterday. I tested positive in covid and i was advise to isolate. i was supposed to send my remaining lab test and i asked my sister to submit on my behalf and ask for a medcert since i need to get an advise for rest. persons in charge told my sister that they can only place that i went there yesterday but will not write for me to take rest. if i know this i would have just stayed there as im still now on medication. you guys had the audacity to tell me to isolate myself and will not write me in letters that i need a rest? are you guys for real? will never go here. they had the nerve to ask for a 300php payment on top of just putting on a letter that i went there? cute service. not recommended at all

Wait time is like forever. Scheduled appointment for whole abdomen ultrasound was for 8am today, until now( time check: 8:41am) we are still waiting to be called. Very poor service.

When I was confined there for 3 nights, it was okay. The staff were kind and friendly. I just really hated the constant beeping sound signaling an advisory or something. It kept on waking me up in the middle of the night. Their rehab center is another story though. I wouldn't have mind the rather expensive fees if my PT was attentive to me. She kept on leaving while I was doing my exercises, kept on texting someone, practicing dance moves, taking care of someone's kid... I mean, I'm paying for your hour, can't I at least have your full attention? I decided to move to Paranaque Medical Center after this, and the therapists there were all a friendly and attentive bunch, something that Olivarez was seriously lacking.

Their teleconsult is very convenient. We got the help we need asap and we were given proper guidance on what to expect. The only downside though is that we cannot use our HMO card for this transaction.

The doctors are amazing and the hospital staff are great but, there’s a problem with parking. I would have given them five stars if they had parking spaces exclusively for patients. This has been a problem ever since they built that Medical building on top of the patients parking lot. Now, they try to have the patients park in the school’s parking lot but most of the time those spaces are full. I guess the hospital administrator forgot that it’s the patients that actually pay for their salaries. Then, you have all these rude home owners placing tires or other hazards on the road to dissuade people from parking in front of their residence. They probably think the road is part of their property so to avoid an argument, you just have to keep on driving in circles until you get lucky and someone leaves or the school’s parking lot reopens. Anyway, if you plan on going to Olivarez General Hospital, my advice is to take public transportation or, if you or your significant other insists on driving, you are better off going to a different hospital. There are plenty of other hospitals in the area that offer the same services, are in the same price range as of OGH and, have better parking spaces for patients.

I really appreciate the quick response of the teleconsultation service of Olivarez General Hospital. I just filled up the consent form online and a SMS message was sent to me right after. My requested physician was not yet conducting a teleconsulation so they provided me with another doctor. The Doctor recommend was Dr. Laruga and she is very accommodating. She explained well what might have caused or triggered my symptoms and provided me with medications as well as the do's and don't. Even if it was just a teleconsultation, I felt really well-taken care of. The amount of time given to me by doctor is just the same as when I have it in an actual consultation. I was having a hard time looking for internal medicine doctor and the worry to get infected by covid19 but then when I searched the FB, Olivarez Hospital was one in the list. Poor ER services. No in house surgeon.Doctor didn’t visit the patient at all and gave prescription via message. Arrived in our private room with 5 trash cans piled up above the cubicle. Patient was admitted for more than 24 hours without diagnosis. Discharge took them more than 3 hours as we want to transfer to another hospital due to poor quality of service. I wonder how this hospital passes through quality checks as the private rooms were filthy and nurses even borrow alcohol from personal belonging of a patient. My sister was provided meals without utensils. The nurse asked us to buy our own outside as they do not provide one. Mayor Olivarez, please fix your hospital.
