so according to the doctor in this clinic I have anemia caused by internal bleeding in my digestive system? because my CBC says my hemoglobin levels are low. But I got another CBC in Hi-precision and all results are normal and I even had to see a hemotologist and they said I am fine... what a waste of money and time. What does health metrics expect when they tell you to fast for 10-12 hrs and when u get to the clinic youre made to wait at least 2 more hrs to be entertained by the drs. By then we are all starving, thirsty and cranky dying from our bleeding ulcers because our stomach is eating itself.

THEY INFORMED ME THAT I NEED TO SEE A PULMONOLOGIST ON THE LAST HOUR APRIL 23rd at 3:30pm.SINO PA PIH BA MKAKAHANAP NON.AND MY SWAB TEST IS NXT DAY IN THE MORNING... THEY EVEN HAVE AFFIALTED DOCTORS OR SPECIALIST. I MISSED SCHEDULE OF MY SWAB TEST AND MOST OF ALL MY FLIGHT...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡 STAFF OF HEALTH METRICS BE RESPONSIBLE AND DO YOUR JOB. if there's a zero rating, i'll give this clinic a zero rating!!!!!!to those who plan to do their medical in this clinic, dear, think again! it's just a waste of time and money! my cbc was repeated twice and when i consulted to another clinic, the results are normal. tsssskkkk. Fix your service!!!!

Is there a ZERO rating? Before going to the clinic, we called and asked if they can do the paperwork for Brunei working visa. The guy I talked to called me back and said, yes they are accredited. So we went there for the Norwegian Annual Medical as well as for the Brunei Employment medical. On the day of the pick up of the results, we were informed that they failed to include the drug test, so my husband did the drug test and we were asked again to come back in the afternoon. We went back at 1:30pm as the time they said that we can pick up the papers, my husband waited for more than 2 hours only to find out that they are NOT ACCREDITED to do the Medical Clearance for Brunei Employment!!!! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best clinic! I had my APE here. All the staff from reception to individual stations like laboratory, are helpful and accommodating. They are well organized mainly due to their queueing system with QR codes. Results are also available online. Highly recommended!

Very SLOW process to do everything. I went there to pick up my results few weeks after I has done the tests and they told my I have to advise them for pick them up. Once you advise them that you're going to pick them up they need 3 days for make the results ready. They told me to go there for pick up the results that supposed to be ready but once I arrived there they make me wait for long time for pick the results. A waist of time! The minimum stars I can review is 1 but they deserved 0.

Nurse Liz and Jomark arrived early before the schedule at 10am. Very polite and professional! Complete with PPEs! Results were sent via email within 48hrs as promised!

I’m being generous to give them a 1 star. Queueing is either too slow or disorganized sa Laboratory nila. I wasted AN HOUR waiting for my turn just for the biometrics (which was supposed to be a quick process) the line before me were only 3 people. madami na naka lagpas sa akin kahit I was an hour earlier than them. I wasn’t able to check in for dental because of their delay! So I have to book for another appointment na naman for another day. SOBRANG HASSLE!

Agencies should not place their crew here in this medical clinic. Very poor performance. Long awaiting time for result. Money value is wasted here. Very slow service. You cannot finish your medical in a day. You will comeback again the next day and again you will set an appointment schedule online which is always full from present week until the next 2weeks. I had been in different medical clinics and I can say this is the worst in all of them.

I received SMS stating that I need to go back to the clinic for pending checks where in fact, I asked the receptionist if all tests are completed and was confirmed that I'm all good! And I'll make sure that I already done my all examination test. I'm sure all checks is completed before I leave but still getting this non-sense text messages from them! Very inconvenient and not organized, although few of the clinic staff are very accommodating. But some of staff is so very rude like that staff on the x-ray the girl is very rude to us. And the staff on the groundfloor the registration area and also the lady guard. For now, I will not recommend this business and might look somewhere else! And also they don't have contact number the call them or message them they already have email but none sense email. No response at all!!!

I find the whole procedure/system chaotic and very frustrating Most of the staff don’t have the sense of urgency they dilly dally because for them this is just another day. In addition they have way too many steps to make (which is very redundant) The trunk line is useless when you call no one answers. They make you go back and forth for the most mundane things.

I spent 5 hours just to do my Medical exam here for employment and I cannot wait any longer so i decided to reschedule it. I am very disappointed.

The work is good. The protocol is just too far. The medical manager is very kind <3, I hope you have a branch in another place.

Though nag improved, but not on consultation section sobrang bagal i started around 12 pm waiting and its already 4 pm and still i am here!!! just for follow up consultation.

If I could give zero I will this is the last time I will do my medical here in health metrics I never should have leave my former medical clinic(super care) it's insane their services is getting in my nerves i just wanna follow up on my result I tried to call 100 times zero answered several text and email I did also zero answered!!!! By the way the phone was ringing its just nobody care to answer

I had a follow up appointment today and they made me wait for 3 hours just to tell me that i have to go back for another follow up. They wasted my time and money going back and forth. They should’ve just sent that to me online. I am never going back here again along with the very rude staff and doctors.

I received an sms asking me to go back saying I have not completed all the med exams when I had it checked with them before leaving and they confirmed that I am good to go. Hassle is the best name for this clinic.

This clinic is well organized in the procedures that I went through. All the clinic staff are very accommodating especially to Ms Anabelle of registration. She assisted me in the steps that I need to go to.

I recently visited health metrics and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and I received excellent care. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Marla De Guzman, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the great service!

The online registration form or the online que that will give you an appointment is incredible, not like any other clinics they have a system to use for people to know where to go and wait for their turn. The employees are also good at their work.
