Normally I never leave reviews but I recently got an email from them wishing me a happy birthday and I remembered the bad experience I had with them in October 2022 and can’t let it go. I traveled to the PH with family and wanted to get my teeth worked on since in the states it is truly expensive. At least they had PPE for COVID despite the cockroach I saw in the waiting room. My name was spelled wrong anytime there was a document and I was charged DOUBLE from what was quoted only for a consultation. Over the phone it was 1,000 PHP at the counter after consultation I was told I owed 2,000 PHP. I understood that it may be because I wasn’t born in the Philippines and went alone without my parents, they took advantage of the situation. The consultation included an X-ray and the dentist using her PHONE LIGHT to look in my mouth as I sat in a office chair... Never went back, glad I didn’t continually go through with them and they lost a client. I recommend to search for a different dental clinic.

yes its clean and dentist are good and friendly but too much price. my mistake, also i didnt ask and it cost me 3000 for cleaning and 700 for antigen and ppe. but they dont give you or show u the result para at least magamit mo din sana am disapointed...and plus no reciept sabi nila e mail daw wala naman.

With Maxicare HMO, you'll be the least priority. Receptionist only asked for a number to be written on a scratch paper (no name, healthcard nor the procedure you would like to make). You will be advised that they will send a message for 1-2 weeks for the availability. (Will update on this if I received a call/message.) Went on a weekend (Saturday 11am). Better call them first for scheduling. Also, went here way back 2019 with HMO, top service I would say, but now, maybe worse treatment. Update: 1 month passed and got no contact from them (as expected) 👎👎👎

Not good experience for me here, the dentist is like rushing to go somewhere when I had scheduled tooth extraction., Won't come back again.

First of, I want to thank my dentist Doc Annie. She is very professional and gentle. The staff as well are very accommodating and the clinic is stunning and clean. I would really recommend Urban Smiles Pasay to my friends and colleagues. Good job!

Such a clean place, however if you are a maxicare card holder and works 9am to 5pm, don't bother to come since they will only serve you until 3pm and no weekend. Such a disappointment

Went there for Scaling and was highly satisfied. The cleaning startea from 600 pesos but as per condition of the teeth and gums the amount can go upto 1500 pesos. The friendly staffs and my dentist was really patient and explained everything politely and patiently. Also was happy to know that they accept Credit and Debit Cards. 😊

Been visiting this clinic for almost 2 yrs for my adjustment. Staffs are very friendly, staying in their lobby will never ever be boring because of those staffs that are trully jolly and accomodating. Kudos! I love the reception area. It’s cold, spacious and neat. The individual cubicle for operations are hygienic. I love how receptionists greet the clients. There are several dentist assigned and I like that Dr. Ralph Salvacion has me as his client.
