the
management:
i
regret
to
inform
you
that
your
staffs
my
sister
encountered
at
your
trinoma
branch
were
rude
and
lack
of
informations
regarding
their
duties
and
responsibilities.
1.
The
phone
call
receiver
saturday
september
29,
2023
around
10am
to
1pm
said
that
the
blood
labs
that
she
needs
were
available
and
can
be
done
right
away
and
no
fasting
needed.
That
same
day,
the
personnel
assessing
the
request
near
rhe
cashier
validated
and
asked
my
sister
with
the
fees.
My
sister
paid
the
service
and
when
time
to
extract
sample
from
her,
the
nurse
said
that
the
tests
should
be
done
only
monday
to
friday
and
needs
fasting.
When
my
sister
pointed
out
that
the
test
does
not
need
fasting
accdg
to
her
doctor
and
to
the
phone
call
receiver
of
medical
city
trinoma
confirmed
no
fasting,
the
nurse
rudely
said
,
ganun
talaga
need
fasting,
sino
ba
nagsabi
sa
inyo
yan..
kung
gusto
nyo
mag
pa
lab
bumalik
kayo
pag
naka
fasting
na
kayo,
monday
to
thurs
lang.
My
sister
came
back
today,monday
oct
2,
2023,
same
procedure,
assessed
her
prescription,
paid,
waited
tor
20minutes
only
when
about
to
extract,
said
its
not
the
schedule
for
the
test
and
should
be
dONe
in
the
hospital.
TERRIBLE!!!!
nurse
said,
ganun
talaga
hindi
dito.
I
wanted
to
share
this
to
you,
so
that
you
will
be
able
to
re
evaluate
and
assess
your
people.
You
should
remind
them,
time
money
and
effort
were
in
line
just
for
the
patient
to
seek
for
your
service.
They
should
work
with
integrity
and
urgency.
Your
patients
needs
your
help
with
utmost
honesty,
clarity,
and
integrity.
My
sister
is
suffering
fron
chronic
urticaria.
It
is
a
big
deal
for
her
to
go
out
because
of
her
exrtreme
inflammation
and
itchiness
she
have.
She
seeks
yiur
service
because
she
trusts
medical
city
,
accessible
but
some
of
your
staffs
were
rude
and
unprofessional.
And
besides
it
is
very
difficult
to
contact
this
branch,
most
of
the
time
their
lines
were
unavailable.
