I think this was the most comfortable hostel I have stayed in so far since my trip in the Philippines :) all the staff is really sweet, when I checked in really late and I was very hungry but there wasn’t a restaurant open to eat, they Made me dinner for free. They really care about your stay. I would definitely recommend this place :)

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Unique set up with staying in transport containers. Comfortable beds and super clean. Social atmosphere. The other reviews are correct - just book here! It's a bit out of town and distanced from the beach, but they have hourly shuttles to take you to town. Downtown is luckily only a 15-20 minute walk, so really not bad.

In one word, excellent!!! Very clean and well maintained facilities! The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times! Breakfast was included in our room booking and it was well prepared and adequate (if not, there is a very good french café just opposite the hostel). Drinkable water was available. It is located a 15-min walk from bustling Moalboal center, which was much preferable in our case. The hostel has a free shuttle bus to/from center, but they can also arrange a tricycle to pick you up. The security guard and the monitoring of common spaces, also made us feel safer. Literally my new favorite hostel in town. Everything in this hostel is top notched! The staff? They are awesome, nice and accommodating. The facilities? It feels like I was teleported back to my hostel in Japan where everything you need is there, laundry area, indoor and outdoor towels without extra charge, shared kitchen with gas stove, complete cooking utensils and a fridge, free water. The location? Absolutely perfect. Not too close but not too far away from everything in Moalboal. A little far from the bars so rest assured you can sleep well here. They also have a motorbike rental contact where the rent goes to a dog shelter. How cool is that?? They also offer free shuttle to and back to Panagsama or to Panagsama Beach. And oh the internet also works well anywhere in the hostel and I say it in a sense where it can allow me to work in the dorm room or in the common area. The rooms, common area, and the bathrooms are always kept clean as well plus huge locker rooms. Ive had a great time in this hostel and definitely not my last stay here. Highly recommended 👌 I also love the fact that they have free insect repellant lotion all over the outdoor common area, it is so thoughtful 🥹

What a place. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in the Philippines. The cleanest bathroom and the nicest ambiance. Rarely do I have no complaints, but this place really blew me away. Only draw back we thought would be distance from beach, but with an hourly shuttle going to and from that is almost too comfortable. Can’t recommend enough.

Can’t tell how much I love this hostel. The room is very clean, tidy and cozy. They provide shampoo, shower gel and dryer. The location isn’t really close to the bus station and the beach. However, PIG DIVE provide the shuttle service to pick up the customers which is so convenient for tourists to travel between this two places. The staffs in PIG DIVE are so friendly and helpful. They are pretty willing to help customers to arrange the journey. I wish I can give 10 stars for them on Google.

The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. The internet connection is so good. And there are lots of places where you can work. It is a bit far from the beach but the hostel offers free shuttle service.

By far the best hostel i stayed in during my month of travelling the phillipines! Facilities are great, the staff is awesome And they speak english really well. They also offer a lot of awesome little extra’s such as earplugs, mosquito spray , beach towels free to use And a free hourly shuttle to the beach or 7/11.

Yes yes yes. Away from the hush hush... Super clean, quiet hostel... 20 mins walk to the pubs and dinner area. They are super helpful, will arrange tricycle when needed and have free shuffle every hour for the beach. We had a private room and the stay was super comfortable.

Staff are very accomodating, from front desk to security. They will make sure, that you will be very comfortable with your stay. The place is very clean and really relaxing, like a really second home. There is a kitchen that provides your every needs. Though not beach front, there is a regular free transport going to the beach and other establishments. We will be definitely be back!

After staying in Philippine for 33 days with a lot of hostels and hotel, here is my favorite! I love a lot details of this place -clean bathroom with great hot shower and separated shower. -A open air place with tent to hang your cloth without worrying rain -locker with desperate lock, one big locker and a small locker behind your pillow. -AC is quiet and adjustable with the temperature not the super cold one -proper comforter not just bed sheet -open kitchen with sufficient kitchen utensils, fridge, stove, oven -free shuttle bus from hostel to both ways to beach and bus stop everyday from 7:45am to 19:00pm -Smells good everywhere -the tissue is thick one not the easy ripped one. -towel free rental when you need it outside.

Pig Dive is the best! Very clean and comfortable. The staff takes extremely good care of their guests. A very safe and fun place to stay. We celebrated Christmas with them, they had a party for all staff and guests. We had a good time, playing games and enjoying very tasty food and drinks. You can also book tours with them and they have a free shuttle to and from Moalboal centre. When you go to the beach you can take a free beach towel. Breakfast is really good. On Christmas morning all room doors had socks with little presents, so sweet and kind!

The best hosts you can find in Moalboal. I was so impressed by their kindness 💗 Pig Dive is a modern hostel, very clean and peaceful. They have a lovely outdoor terrace and the rooms are spacious with big safety lockers.

Amazing Hostel! EXTREMELY clean! Everytime we'd go to the bathroom somebody would be cleaning or would just have finished cleaning. Great chilled atmosphere, definetly not a party hostel. They have a free shuttle to go to the beach or downtown moalboal. The staff is super friendly and they were always willing to help. Can't recommend enough!

This place is awesome! The staff is so, so, so accommodating and helpful, the place is clean, the wifi is over 200mbps in the breakfast area, they have free shuttles to the main road and the small town. Highly recommended!

I feel that the fact it's located in between the downtown and the beach was better than to stay either locations, though there's nothing around the neighbourhood. Oh, I loved it the I could have French patries in the morning at the cafe located right across the street. The hostel is pretty, and well cleaned. Nice staff as well

Best Hostel in the Phillipines. Very good location, reasonable price for very decent and clean rooms. And has a nice and cheap restaurant and bar. Doorms and bathroom are super clean. But what makes this hostel special is the staff! They are extremely professional but also super friendly ans interesting people. They make you feel at home, and give the place a great vibe!

One of the best hostels I stayed in for sure. The place is so nice, clean, and has great atmosphere. The staff and the owners are so accommodating. The place is a bit far from Panagsama beach, but they have a free shuttle that can take and pick you up from there. So if you're looking for a place to relax at night after a day full of activities, this is the best place to go to.

This place is awesome! They are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice with privacy curtains and lockable storage bins. Everything is new. The bathroom sand showers are very nice. They offer a shuttle into town or to the beach. Everytime we asked for any information they tried their best to accommodate. The set up of a car from cebu airport and back is really awesome and to me worth the extra cash. It's a bit if a walk from the beach but not horrible. We walked it at least once a day. They have a night time security guard but I never felt unsafe here. There are 2 resident puppies but keep to themselves if you are not an animal person. The space is very clean, modern and new. Highly recommend!!!

Great hostel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The service was really outstanding and the location was not too far away. The hostel offers a free bus shuttle down to the beach which takes less then 5 minutes. The alternative is to hire a moped. Will definitely stay again.

One of my fav hostel ever. Very clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. They offer free shuttle to the beach and to the main road where most of the supermarkets are. Outdoor common space is very nice and protected from the sun. Can't find a single downside. Would definitely come back

Very nice and calm hostel. It's made out of containers there are double rooms with private bathroom, 4 mixed rooms and 6 mixed rooms with shared bathroom. We slept for 2nights in the double room with the private bathroom and one night in the 4 mixed room. The only downside of the mixed room was that it was next to the stairs to get to the upper level and the noise when someone goes up and down is a bit annoying. Overall very nice hotel, very clean, nice staff and as well ok breakfast

Clean. Comfortable beds with great bedding. The bunks themselves have lock boxes, individual lights, hooks, hangers and PowerPoint. Bathrooms are spotless and checked regularly. Service is great including a free shuttle to take you to the beach or moalboal city.

What a great place to stay for our short vacation in Moalboal! Very clean and professional with friendly staff! I have nothing more to say other than extending my thanks to the gentleman who drove the shuttle truck, he was extremely kind and helpful, gave great advice on where to go, and even hours after we had already checked out, he picked us up after returning our rental scooter and dropped us off at the cebu city bus stop. Amazing service here! If I ever came back, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

The owners and caretakers are very friendly and accommodating. The place is nice and clean from the common area to the rooms and to the restrooms itself.

The owners and their staffs are so kind. The rooms are very clean and the location is peaceful. It also has board games and card games.

Free shuttle to Pagsama beach and bus terminal, beach towel, foam earplug... little things they do to go extra miles with the services. The owner couple is so nice and welcoming. The staffs are very well trained. Spotless clean in every corners. Cozy bed and comforter. And their breakfast + drink offer is such a steal for only 180, love it.

[The Hostel] Super nice and unique design. Everything is nearly new, in good condition and always clean. Stayed in a private room which had a nice and clean bathroom. [The Stay] The beds are very nice to sleep in and it’s not noisy there. Breakfast was included and good. You can order it upfront and the staff is just preparing it on point. [The Service] Everybody is super nice and caring. Especially the couple owning this place is amazing. They will support you in any way … renting a scooter, booking tours, recommending restaurants or even give you a ride to town. I can totally recommend this place!!!

We had a private room and stayed 3 nights. It was clean and quiet. We used their free shuttle to get around which was really helpful. They also booked us in for Canyoning and we had the best time. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and deserve all the great reviews that they get:)

Amazing place to stay!! The room is very cozy and clean and The host’s and stuff are so nice and helpful!! Breakfast is very nice as well! There is also a shuttle to the main beach and an option to book activities with a great guide!! We had such a good time and we really recommend!!

Really helpful staff and a clean and relaxing place. They organised a great trip canyoning for us, which was so much fun (thank you Anthony). The facilities were ideal and the breakfast was delicious. All in all, a brilliant place to stay.

Pig Dive is s the best hotel in Moalboal. If you look for best travel experience/ advice, good services with an affordable price, this is the place you should come. Some of the reasons that I love this place: - Aviis the hotel owner will give you lots of travel advice. The staffs provide amazing service and they always bring you good vibe. - The activities are much cheaper than the agency outside. (I am good at doing research and compare) The price here is transparent. You don’t need to worry about being scammed like other places. - They are service-driven, not sales-driven at all. They will also tell you whether the activity is worthy to join or not and match on your expectation. I had a very good experience with Canyoneering and whale shark. Thanks to they take care of all these logistics. - they arrange you a good breakfast ( free for private room guess). - The room is minimalist and clean. Hotel is homey. Good kitchen and beautiful common area. Free drinking water. - Sometimes the private rooms are full. The 4 bed hostel is good too. (I like some small details eg they give you earplugs for sleep, disinfectant and they have curtain for each bed) - They also offer you free shuttle service too. You can WhatsApp the hotel to pick you up. Wish I could give 10 stars 🌟 to Pig Dive. You can see they work so hard. Thank you pig dive for such an excellent experience

This place is a gem. Good location, really pleasant and clean rooms. One of the best thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and owners. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
