I googled "best quietest apartment" in Montgomery County, MD, and BLVD 44 kept popping up at the top of the list. I've only been a resident for a few weeks now, but I can say that my place is the quietest apartment I have ever been in. I have no upstairs neighbors, which helps, but I was told that there is concrete between each floor, providing insulation. When I asked the leasing agent, Regine', about the quietness of the building, she was very reassuring of my desires and even recommended certain floors over others (some are near the World of Beer bar, which is of course louder at times). Full transparency for the noise-sensitive folks like me, the only time that I hear my neighbors is when they walk by our front door/chat loudly by the elevator, but it is always transient and I feel assured knowing that it is temporary. We live really close to an amenity where people can have parties, and the only time I hear party-goers is when they walk by my door, not when they are in the amenity. There has been no bass thumping or muted talking through the walls. Sometimes, without headphones, I hear the metro in the distance, but it is very subtle. Sirens pass by, but that is everywhere. I know that it's impossible to have a perfectly quiet living experience in apartments, but as long as I can enjoy sleep using ear plugs and wear noise canceling headphones during the day while STILL not hearing my neighbors, I will gladly continue living here. I also love that this is a smoke-free community, and I've never smelled any smoke (or even anyone cooking for that matter). All in all, this place is solidly built, the management and other grounds staff are warm, helpful, and reliable, and I would easily recommend it here for anyone sensitive to noises like myself. I feel very secure here, and I am happy to work remotely/work from home at this location. It helps that the area is very cute, close to metro, and filled with little shops (but no extreme traffic like Pike and Rose! It's always easy to enter and exit the garage)

My husband and I love living here. From the moment Regine’ gave us our tour, we knew this was the place for us. Our apartment is modern and has floor to ceiling windows that bring in a lot of sunlight. The building is quiet, well-maintained and offers great amenities including a spacious gym, espresso machine (with up to 10 free cups of coffee monthly), a newly-renovated clubhouse and rooftop lounge area. We love the concierge, maintenance and other staff as well; they are always so helpful and friendly. I was so surprised when Regine’ remembered our names! We also never have to worry about packages getting stolen because we can pick them up from the concierge’s desk or the Amazon Locker Hub. We also love how the Blvd sets up events throughout the year like Wine Down Wednesday’s. It’s a great way to meet the diverse community in this building. The location is also ideal and convenient; we love how we’re right across the movie theater and near restaurants serving up delicious food, like Thai Chef, Gyuzo, Bob’s Shanghai and more. It does get a little noisy because we’re on the side above World of Beer (or when there’s events at the Town Square) but the noise is bearable. Unfortunately, our rent increase was too high for us, so my husband and I will have to move. Highly recommend this apartment though. We will miss living here.

Thanks to Regine', Shaa, and the rest of the BLVD 44 team, we made a smooth transition to our new home. The apartment is located within walking distance of the Metro, numerous restaurants, recreation activities, and other attractions. The building is quiet and filled with friendly, respectful neighbors. The maintenance team is responsive and thorough (special thanks to Sam!). We love taking advantage of the fitness center, swimming in the pool with friends, and spending evenings on the rooftop overlooking the DMV. We are grateful for our first month at BLVD 44 and look forward to many more happy memories to come!

Whenever I have packages they both are pleasant and helpful. They accommodate my requests or direct me to the proper point of contact to get the information I need promptly. Their standout customer service (including maintenance staff Sam) are what makes living here so comfortable. Thanks for all that you do.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and couldn't be happier with my experience here! The building, the units, and all the amenities are designed very well, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool, gym, rooftop areas, and other amenities are really nice as well! Monique and Mamadou, and the rest of the staff at the concierge, have always been so sweet and so helpful with anything I've needed help with. They go above and beyond to provide a nice experience, and I always enjoy getting to see them! Sam and the rest of the maintenance team are always on point as well, and do whatever it takes to make sure everything in our unit is working properly! Overall, the building and the staff are excellent, and would definitely recommend living here to anyone!

Me and my husband moved in here very recently. Regine was amazing, helpful, and answered our thousands of questions. We are loving our apt so far, and we love the location so so much! One of the amazing perks living here is that there is a cute small grocery store with great selections that is 5 minutes walking distance and a nice entertainment area for kids right before the grocery store. Lots of great restaurants and boutique shops around too. Also very close and fast way to get to Rockville pike. The apt units are beautiful. Also, we had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. We are loving it so far.

Regine has been an amazing agent, giving me the tour of the units. She has patiently answered all my inquiries, and she was very passionate and transparent about the entire process. I really loved that she was very genuine and truthful about the property. Overall, this place seems amazing, and I hope Regine will continue to work here for a long time!

My boyfriend and I just moved into BLVD 44 and we really love it. It's a great location, and everyone we talk to with the apartment complex is so nice. The concierge staff are amazing - Shoutout to Mamadou for always saying hello and getting the door when we have the dogs with us. I honestly have no complaints so far. Lived here for two months and it's amazing. We put in about 4 maintenance requests so far and they were all answered the very next day.

Living here for almost 4 months now, so far so good! The concierge people are always nice and efficient, the leasing office is easy to deal with and the maintenance team is fast and reliable. It makes sense that this apt’s rating is high.

Applied for a unit the same afternoon as my tour. Moved in from out of state last month and have had the easiest process ever. 6 weeks in and no complaints at all about the building. Great management/leasing team, especially Regine' and Shaa. Everyone is welcoming and super responsive.
