We spent $19 for 3 donuts and milk. Their donuts taste like hot pancakes 😍 and the their milk tastes great, doesn’t have that Walmart/giant feel. Definitely worth the drive!

Donuts were pretty good, except the chocolate dipped donuts. They were not good at all. The place is a bit on the old and dingy side.

This was pretty good! You must eat the donuts as soon as you get them. I did have banana pudding drink and the caramel ice latte that weren't that great.

Amazing hot fresh donuts every time you go there. Always served right in front of you, many selections of donuts, great environment, and very friendly service. Overall one of the best donut places I've ever gone to.

The donuts are great and made to order. Sooo hot and delicious. 😍 I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. I also liked the dulce de lèche cold brew. It was less than $15 for the four donuts and one coffee. So worth it.

Donuts 🍩 were falling apart. Did not offer a breakfast sandwich. No where as good as other Duck Donut location in South Carolina. Change your name to Basic Donut shop. Very disappointed 😞. Will never go there again. Drove 45 minutes with high exceptions. Left disappointed 😞. Staff not very friendly.

Edit- 5/30/22 - there are signs posted saying "no public restroom" and the hallway to the restroom was blocked with furniture... this is against Maryland building code law. The employee was rude when we asked about using the bathroom... our child NEEDED to go... not that we should have to state a reason. *************** Warm, sweet yumminess! This is the Chipotle of donuts. You pick your glaze, your topping and your drizzle. The donuts are cooked and topped on-demand. They are best eaten warm...but you can bring them home and warn them in the microwave (directions on the box). We haven't tried this yet, but you can get ice cream on your donut... and that looks amazing. The staff at the Rockville store was very helpful, professional and cheery.

LOVED this place. My cousins and I went for a Sunday outing to experience Duck Donuts! Well I must say, we enjoyed every bite. I can't wait to go back again. Yummy...😋 Sorry, there were no pictures we ate them too fast.🤣🤣🤣

Great place, donuts and drinks were made fresh and fast. Iced coffee was good and so was the frappe. It's hard for some people to get a frappe right and they do it. Got a dozen donuts they were literally made in front of me It was amazing and awesome. Going to be honest it been a while since I really enjoyed a donut. This place really knocked it out of the park

Fantastic donuts - so soft and delicious. Only suggestion would be less powdered sugar on the French toast and blueberry ones - it was too much.

No dine in area, no public restrooms. The guy taking the order simply walked away from us as we were still ordering. Don't bother ordering at the counter unless you can keep it simple. Better to order online and pick up. Disappointing.

First time having donuts here. Not too bad. Better than dunkin but not as good as district. Had a strawberry, sprinkle & chocolate w/caramel macchiato that didn’t look anything like the pic which is just me being picky. Definitely worth going back though.

Visiting from Atlanta, and I can honestly say I’m impressed. These donuts were fried and topped to order! Every single one was delicious! The manager/ owners were friendly!

I went to Duck Donuts this past weekend. I wanted to love it. I didn't. It was ok. The ability to design your own donuts is fun, as is the fact that the donuts are cooked when ordered, but the donuts were bland. And soft. Kind of floppy. I've certainly had better donuts. I won’t likely be back. I ordered online, it was easy. My order was ready exactly when they said it was. Painless process.

Went for the first time June 2022. Was super impressed by the selection and how delicious they were! MADE FRESH TO ORDER! There is a little partition where you can watch the donuts coming out and being freshly made. They are warm with a crispy outside and soft inside, not too fluffy but not too dense.

We have had doughnuts at a Duck Donuts at OBX in North Carolina. We love the delicious donuts made fresh to order. We are very happy that we found a Duck Donuts in Rockville at 1327 Rockville Pike.

Tasty donuts, beverage was decent. But I must say, the place was unclean when we visited. Bathroom disgusting. The dining area was barebones and dingy. Doesn't much matter if you're just picking up, but sitting in there was unpleasant.

Poor service. Staff behind counter especially unfriendly. Recommend hiring better servicers. Also no Apple Pay

Donuts are very good, but multiple times I’ve been here and the guy at the register is consistently a jerk he has zero customer service skills. Literally gave me a dirty look for paying cash and threw my change on the counter. I’m guessing he’s the owner/manager. They should have someone else at the register. Also bathrooms and dine in are closed… still?

Donuts were amazing and delicious as always. However the man working at the cash register is very rude and has a nasty attitude, he’s a very bitter man. He was angry and hostile with me even though I just asked a simple question he got very aggressive, I was frightened at his behavior because I never knew someone could be oh so viscous and stoop so low over fried dough and artificial frosting. He had absolutely no respect for me as a customer and most importantly no respect for himself, very embarrassing.

Loved the freshly made aspect. But the donuts were not as dense as I like them more as tasty as I would think they would be. They were also very expensive at 20 dollars per dozen. 12 to 14 would have been more appropriate.

We had never been before. The service staff were great, very patient with the kids and the donuts were hot and freshly made. Wouldn’t go regularly but was fantastic as a treat

We always get great donuts here - ironically better than the Duck Donuts in Duck, NC! I've ordered ahead, and they were ready (and hot). I've purchased on site. My faves - french toast, chocolate with peanuts, coconut. My daughter loves glazed and chocolate frosted. Least fave - strawberry.

There's nothing like a warm donut with sweet gooey icing! Duck Donuts are made to order. Pick your icing flavors and toppings. There is a menu suggestion for flavor if you need help deciding! Best part is you can pick your on combinations and they are warm and gooey when you get them! This franchise also gives back and does collaborations with local sports teams for a win! Time to eat the donuts!😁🍩

7/2/2022 So good and you pick how each donut is made. What the venue and staff lack in hospitality, the donut makes up for... I'm giving it 5 stars and the staff and location was just okay... They are damn good donuts. On my Middle Class Monotony (MCM) scale (0-5 where 0 is NOT cheap or monotonous and 5 being very cheap and monotonous): Not too expensive and easy to purchase. I would be more overweight if I lived nearby. MCM of 4.

Stopped by on a Thursday at 10am and they were closed, locked, and no one there. No sign or indication why.

Great donuts, but why do they close so early most days of the week? It’s a bit disappointing because I can’t go before or after work.
