Sergio’s sells beautiful jewelry and also designs jewelry for you! The first time went there, I wanted to add some of my mother’s diamonds from one of her cocktail rings to a new setting for my engagement ring. They designed a gorgeous ring that has an even deeper meaning to me now. I also had some post earrings that I loved but were uncomfortable to wear. So they worked with me to create new designs for those as well — in some cases just setting them on a leverback and in others combining stones to make a beautiful new earring. They are so talented and knowledgeable there, and very helpful and nice!

When I couldn't find the ring I really wanted, Sergio's worked with me over several weeks to create the perfect setting. They brought in multiple sapphires for me to look at, and they created the most beautiful custom ring for me. We have been customers for a long time, and always appreciate the excellent customer service and their expertise!

I wanted to add an additional band to the original set and just amazed with how beautiful it turned out. Susan helped me with not only adding the other band but also years ago when the original set was purchased. I knew we were in good hands with her assistance, she is so kind, passionate and thorough. I worked with Debbie at Sergio’s to create a engagement ring for our anniversary. What a wonderful experience! As I live out of town, Deb was able to arrange for me to come in to pick a diamond with my specifications on short notice. She patiently helped me pick out a setting and arranged for its customization. I never felt any pressure and she really listened to what I wanted. I've known of Sergio's for a long time. Two weeks ago, I went there for the first time to have two gold chains repaired. Sergio’s is absolutely fabulous! We have used them for years for fine jewelry. Recently, I had special ring of my mother’s that was in disrepair- and they made an exact replica that was perfect (literally brought tears to my eyes when I saw it). Very professional! Very wide selection of jewelry. Especially women rings! Entire shopping experience was pleasant. Hubby felt like he got a great value for my 💍 ring. We were shopping for an anniversary band since my original was now 2 sizes too small. The entire experience was amazing. We brought in my grandmother’s and grandfather’s wedding bands to be resized to fit us for our upcoming wedding. These rings had matching engravings on the interior with their initials and wedding date. My fiancé and I were aware of the risk that we would lose the engravings in the process of resizing. However, the goldsmith at Sergio’s was actually able to keep the engravings intact! In addition, Carl helped us identify a few other things we could do to protect the longevity of my grandmother’s/now my engagement ring (reinforcing the prongs and an area of the band that had worn thin.) They really have given this family heirloom new life. The order was also turned around VERY quickly, after just a day or two! A final note — we’ve had the engagement ring cleaned once before, at a different jeweler last year, but it had nowhere near the sparkle that the ring had after being cleaned at Sergio’s. It looks absolutely stunning. Overall, for all these reasons, we are so grateful and had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

I have been going to Sergio's Fine Jeweler's for years and have always been totally happy with my experience. Tim the owner is truly compassionate about his jewelry and making sure his customers are satisfied with their selection. Hubby and I decided to stop into Sergio’s last Friday to see if my beloved and well used Maui Jim sunglasses could be repaired. After 20 minutes or more of trying to find the right size screw, working with a tricky hinge, and needing a second set of hands from another kind associate, there was success! When all was said and done, there was no charge! You don’t get that kind of service and care at many establishments these days. Thank you Tim and Helper. You completely made my day!
