Haha oh where do i begin. Well for starters this isnt one of those "if i could give a zero star!" Kinda reviews thats written out of anger and frustration, this is logically the best number of stars i can give this place because its that terrible. First of all the lot rental, not the amount your paying for your trailer, is almost 900 a month. THATS A LOT OF MONEY!! Especially for the poor shotty conditions that they keep this place in. The roads are absolutely wretched and they spend the absolute bare minimum to keep them up. Secondly the people who upkeep and run the place are absolute jackasses. If you are late on your rent by even 1 week they send out eviction papers and when you try and reason with them they become cold and unable to assist. I understand that money must be collected to keep the place up but if youve lived somewhere for 15 damn years i would think a little slack would be in order. And dont even get me started on the crime levels. No seriously, dont. There are several other parks realitivly close by and id suggest you check out your other options first. Seriously

they don't tend to the roads, the rent goes up a ton every year, and the corporate company doesn't care about it. Some good people live there. The woman who runs it is super nice, but everything else makes me pull my hair out. UPDATE: the road work was merely a band aid, throwing gravel or bricks in the bad holes.

This place is the worst. They so cheap that the change the trash contract to save some money an then lie an say they changed management. It would be nice if they had a place for me to dump my bulk but they dont so im been inconvenience an getting harassment letter. They are press bout ever lil think. I hate that i have to live here. I want to feel like this is my home when i cant cause i dont no whats the next thing they press bout. They dont notify you bout things ahead of time. They always raise your bill for nothing. The streets are bad. They take forever to fix anything if they ever do. They wait 3 or 4 months to credit your bill for anything wrong and remember to always check your bill cause they always try to be slick. And the worst thing bout this place is if you ever go to the office they aways leaving or never answer the phone. DONY MOVE HERE... STAY FAR AWAY

The roads are always blocked by cars and pothole rodeo. No one ever gets back to us. And people are ALWAYS driving the wrong ways on the streets. Knowingly. The human sewage count is far too high, just like the rent hikes. NEVER MOVE HERE!

Lived there for 4 years it is a dump rent is almost 800 dollars month water leaks all ver the place the play ground is falling apart. No place to park for your guest if you park in front of thehouse on the street you gert towed. Wish they had a negitive star

I’ve lived here for 24 years raised my kids here not a bad place pretty quiet and no one bothers anybody. My only complaint would be people walking the dog and letting them do ther bussiness in my yard and anyone else’s. but there own. But I’ve never had a problem with the staff. I would recommend this place

This place is definitely a dump. I rolled through it today and all I could do was cry... I cannot believe that people want to live like this, trash all over the place it stinks they should be ashamed of themselves

We have been here for almost two years, we are so happy that this place have a new manager Ms. Denise, she is so responsable and if we have a question or need help with something around our place she help us right away or if we have a party and need parking she help us with no issues or anything. We are happy in this home and I hope we can enjoy many years more with Ms. Denis as a manager. Thank you.

We have lived here for 17 years and have no complaints about current manager, Denice. She has tried to right wrongs done by previous management and make this a desirable place to live.
