    This place is hit or miss when it comes to accuracy and quality. The food is usually hot, customer service is satisfactory although this last visit was not a good one. I waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes until someone finally spoke to me and didn't apologize for the wait. My food wasn't wrapped closed nor thoroughly heated. I paid, was given no eye contact, was handed my food and was sent off without a "thank you" " have a great day" or anything. This is one of my fav fast food places due to the pizza hut express being attached. I hope things get better.

    The worst service I ever had was today. I did an app order that took over an hour to get my food. I don't blame the two people working in the Freeport Rd Taco Bell instead I blame there greedy corporation hire more people. You have no problem raising price well actually pay people to work. Then not only the wait after I ate my Taco Bell it made me sick. It's clear Taco Bell does not value there customers. I would have just left but when you already paid through the app you get your stuff.

    Always have a problem when I go to this location. This morning I placed a mobile order. The hours online say they open 8AM. I arrived at 8:45 to pick up my order and waited at the speaker box for about 5 minutes. After not being acknowledged I drove to the pickup window. Eventually an employee came to the pickup window. I told him I was there for a pickup order. He said they were closed. I asked how I was going to get a refund and he said I had to figure it out in the app. His tone was very condescending and rude. Wasted heaps of time trying to get something to eat before work here and now don’t have the time to get anything. Terrible.

    Will never come here again. I’d rather drive out of my way to the next closest location than waste my time sitting in line for 30-60 minutes (no this is not an exaggeration) just for a couple tacos. I actually can’t comprehend why it would ever take so long, it almost feels intentional. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else

    Placed a mobile order, arrived at the drive thru with 3 cars ahead, still took 27 minutes to get our food. We've lived in the area for 10 years and nothing has changed. After the remodel they improved for like a hot minute.

    I've encountered way more than one very very nice staff members at this Taco Bell. The last time I went in, the place was clean and updated; it is very nice inside. The manager, Fred, gets an extra shoutout! He was great and helped me out with extreme kindness and efficiency. Thanks, Fred - gosh I hope that's your name. You know who you are!

    The slowest restaurant in all of Pittsburgh. Forget doing a mobile order and skipping the line. Seems like mobile order puts you at the end of the list. Waited 20 min for a simple box and drink. Absolutely ridiculous. Faster to run to Giant Eagle, buy the ingredients, and make it yourself. This location needs A LOT of help. Never coming here again.

    Went to McDonalds and Taco Bell, both had comparable lines (McDonalds was busier even). Spent 5 minutes at McDonalds and 45 minutes at Taco Bell. If you are this understaffed, just don't open. If you have full staff, then everyone needs to be fully retrained. At this point, i could have slaughtered the cow, ground the beef by hand, shredded the cheese and made homemade tortillas. The food is insanely overpriced for this ridiculousness.

    Nine times out of ten, the place seems incredibly short staffed, the wait in the drive through is more than 30 minutes, something is forgotten from my order, and the oil tastes like it should have been replaced months ago. Nothing on the staff because I'm sure that they are trying their hardest but having two employees working the entire restaurant on a Friday night at 6:30 is embarrassing for the franchisee. At some point, whatever they think they are saving on payroll and oil recycling is going to make them zero dollars and they're going to fold. Just like the Panda Express down the street.

    Before you even think about it. Stop! Do not go here. Got a door dash order my box was soaked in grease. I drove the food to the store. It was dirty!!!! Then the food gave us food posing the next day.

    The lady in the kitchen was very ignorant, I am a door dash driver and was waiting up front LIKE IM SUPPOSE TOO and I here her say “standing up there looking distracted isn’t gonna make me move any faster” in the most ignorant tone and she made eye contact with me. I will be calling corporate that is extremely unprofessional if I would’ve just been asked what order I’m waiting on and told it was still being made I would’ve sat down. I don’t recommend ignorant customer service. Screw that place.
