Last Monday the seafood section closed at 9PM. Two days later, they closed at 7.30PM. Now it is 7PM and they are already closed. Each time I go in, I ask when they close. Each time I ask, I get a different answer. I leave work at the same time every day, and come home to hungry children at the same time every day. I wake up each day and begin to cry, but there is hope! The meat section which is connected to the fish section may be open because somehow they aren't metaphorically connected. Alas, they say go home to your hungry children and give yourself unto them, for we roll a die and decide our own random hours. Hello Giant Eagle, please either fix your website hours to say 'at the seafood section's discretion' or set a straight time you close, because my children are now crying and hungry and I have nothing to give them. Your hours change every day and my children cry every day, do you see where I'm going with this? Sincerely, Yours truly

So many deceiving subjects: #1 the front entrance states "OPEN 24 HOURS" but they close at 10PM and open at 6AM. Plus store discrepancy listed online (see screen shot). #2 inside sign "BULK COFFEE" section, they used to sell coffee in bulk (kept in barrels); however, they got rid off them to sell prepacked high priced coffee. ...and the list goes on.

Waterworks Mall Giant Eagle has EVERYTHING I normally buy and then some.frozen blitzes which are difficult to find n ORANGE ROUGHY FISH also not in every store CASHIERE STEPH IS THE SWEETEST N MOST HELPFUL EMPLOYEE N I JUST STARTED BUYING A FEW OF THOSEYUMMYBAKED GOODS THEY HAVE IT ALL AND THE WORKER THERE MIDDLE AGED BLACK MAN CAREFULLY PACKAGES MY SWEETS SO THEY DONT GET SQUISHED ON TRIP HOME THESE TWO EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST

Shopping was easy. I do not like self check out. If you're gonna offer me a job. At least increase the discount

Best store ever. Great selection of everything and anything. Produce is always fresh and stocked. Their meat department is amazing. Love the prepared foods and the deli. Great that this location has a Starbucks also. And their flowers are stunning. The displays are beautiful inside and out. Wonderful store. They’re just so expensive! But worth it

If this my aspinwall store. I luv your gaint eagles food and fruit always fresh. Great customer service there at least twice a week

Love this market district, great selection and friendly employees. The Starbucks inside is nice, wish they still had the bank branch.

This store has everything you might need to prepare any meal. Nice and clean and the shelves were well stocked.

My mist favorite Giant Eagle! The food here is expensive but has Trader Joe vibes. It's fresh, the store is clean, and the customer service is great. I love the cooked meals and Cafe! Forget going to a restaurant nearby. Giant Eagle has great pizza, salads, burgers, chicken, and more to order. There is also seating next to their own Starbucks to enjoy your mto meal.

The store was clean. The vegetables looked good. They have a good selection of products. Very satisfied.

Nice shopping plaza. Customer service in Giant Eagle was nice for the most part. The Walmart is closing down and closes early.

All of the personnel are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you need anything someone will help you get the item. I go there all the time to shop.

Nowhere near as nice as the Verona store. This store, Waterworks Market District, has lots of inventory issues they like to blame on the Pandemic, but yet the little Verona store doesn't have those problems. In particular, the dairy cases have the wrong shelf tags under the products, and the freezer section, esp ice cream, is a mess.

This store is awesome. It has a great produce department that always has the freshest fruits and vegetables. The store is always well stocked with everything that you need. I drive out of my way just to shop here.

Typical of a Giant Eagle. Everything is arranged just right, and easy to find. I am always impressed with the length they go to, to keep the store clean, and fresh. The only downside is that it is on the expensive side.

The fruits & vegetables section is first rate. That's the real reason why I go to this Market District. It also has a small a Starbucks inside as well.

Fox Chapel GE is always stocked and they have a bar with Happy hour specials. Surprisingly decent taps!

I usually have a good experience here but the woman working at the bakery tonight shouldn't work with the public if sighing and approaching customers with a blank stare without saying a word is how she's going to treat them. Maybe I was interrupting whatever she was listening to on her headphones 🙄

Great place to find delicious eats to go and take home especially fresh sushi...The staff is friendly and helpful as always. This Market District is ALWAYS a great stop for lunch and dinner plus prepared foods to go for later. I love the diversity of the staff unlike other the Market Districts or even the nearby Getgo on the other side of the plaza.
