I had booked this place for its location and as they have sea facing cottages. On arrival I found out that my cottage was slightly behind and the balcony had a sea view. The room was spacious with good storage and space as I had booked for 3 persons. The surroundings are green and clean. They have a sea facing cafe where they served all day long. I had a good stay but to my disappointment their service in the cafe did not match up to the mark. To my surprise there was no buffet breakfast, everything was to be ordered and they do not take the order in writing and forget what one has ordered Either it was too slow or they forgot what was ordered and we had to repeatedly ask for them to serve. Also they do not provide any intercom in the room, in case we have any query or need assistance. They really need to improvise on this two matters. Otherwise stay was good.

The location is very beautiful, well decorated, right on the quiet and cleaner part of the beach, the huts look lovely but the restaurant needs to improve. The prices are high but the quality isn’t up to it. Slow service, no food orders between 11am (end of breakfast) and 1pm. So if you are hungry in this time?… 🤷🏼‍♀️ Seems a little crazy to have such a long gap with no food especially as a beach holiday resort… i had to wait 30 minutes for a juice (cause no food orders available) it didn’t come so I had to go to the bar and ask again for them to start making it. The staff is nice and friendly but not trained for the high standard the place wants to level up to I feel. The veggie burger was 500 Rupees before tax and missed one main ingredient, i had to ask 3 different waiters and go to the kitchen to finally get it after I had finished eating it. I hope they manage to improve it as it’s a very lovely place to come to 😊 so I will try again 🤞🏼🙏🏼

Went there to have lunch, as mentioned by someone earlier in the feedback they charged us 1900 for a 1700 bill including taxes, when we asked them for an explanation they didn’t have any. I understand the central govt tax and state govt tax mandate but they are charging customers 102% tax for nothing. Anyone visiting the place please be aware of such dupes, ask them to remove extra charges immediately.

Purely veg hardly you will be having 5-6 types dishes very good 👍 but no alcohol is allowed

Room & view is great. It is right on the beach so great access to Ashvem. They can definitely improve service a little bit

Total letdown for the prices charged for our 4 day stay. Nice property, location and friendly staff but they are just not set up for success operationally. Stinking shower water in the bathrooms, in both rooms we had taken, and very slow restaurant service. For the prices charged this completely ruined the experience for our group. We couldn't wait to leave. There are better options around with better service, food and stay, priced lower.
