Now the Yoga Center that I have been attending for years. Impeccable hospitality and organisation, always available. On Fridays there are various meetings/events to deepen the practice. As a demonstration of the attention paid to individual practice, the lessons are divided by level, which is not to be taken for granted and is very useful especially for those who are just starting out or at least which I personally greatly appreciated starting my practice in this centre. In this regard, I would also like to say that in 5 years I have personally never suffered an injury while practicing yoga... just so many benefits!

I started practicing yoga in this center two years ago and I found it very good. It has many time slots in which you can practice and the teachers are very good and attentive. There are also meditation and yoga nidra courses (great for relaxing). Courses for pregnant women, children and the elderly. I advise.

TOP! When you take your first ever yoga lessons and leave with the desire to come back... I'll just say that I willingly moved aperitifs to cool places to continue this very beautiful experience. taaaaaac!

Excellent center in the tradition of Swami Satchidananda. Teachers who are prepared, empathetic and attentive to the needs of the students. Wide and interesting range of courses and meetings. Welcoming and clean environment. I would like to point out a worthy initiative for free online meditation.
