Stayed here with tour group. It was hard to get anywhere without car. Spent a lot on taxis. The hotel air conditioning was horrible in July. Pool was closed one night for "event." It was a rave, with drugs and X-rated activities viewable from hotel windows (our group had a lot of kids) and music so loud no one in our group got to sleep until after midnight when it ended. Not a good stay, overall. However, the restaurant was fantastic and the waiters outstanding and very accommodating. Enjoyed every meal there.

The room was smaller than expected,the room feels old and the hallways smelt like cigarettes and some parts of the room were really dusty and dirty. but the staff was kind and the bathroom is clean and the shower is spacious.

Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht von der Umgebung und der Eingangshalle abschrecken lassen. 3 Etage war ganz in Ordnung. Das Bad ist sauber und Dusche ausreichend geräumig. Frühstück in Buffet zum Selbstbedienung. Einige Italiener tragen keine Maske - was gar nicht geht und die Bedienung interessiert dies wohl auch nicht. Auto kann für 10 Euro in Tiefgarage unter Videokameras geparkt werden - oder an der Straße

mussten am selben Abend 3x die Zimmer wechseln.. 1.Zimmer roch nach Kadaver, war sehr schmutzig am Boden und es hingen Spinnenweben an den Wänden.. 2. Zimmer, eiskalt und schmutzig. als wir wieder reklamiert haben, mussten wir 20€ für eine superior bezahlen wo wir am nächseten morgen wieder verlassen mussten, zimmer war aber ganz ok. beim 4. Zimmer wollten sie das wir wieder einen aufpreis von 20 bezahlen.. was gar nicht geht.. wir mussten 4 zimmer wechseln und wollten noch Geld dafür verlangen. das 4.zimmer (Superior) war ziemlich sauber aber auf dem Fenstersims voller grüne Käfer! Das Personal war hingegen sehr sehr freundlich.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung, für den nicht gerade günstigen Preis, das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb vom Zentrum man erreicht es als Tourist nur mit Taxi oder Auto. Leider hatte der Spa Bereich weshalb ich dieses Hotel überhaupt gebucht habe bei meiner Ankunft geschlossen, somit nicht nutzbar. Im Zimmer angekommen waren es aber ohnehin Temperaturen wie in einer Sauna, Klimaanlage eingeschaltet und ins Restaurant gegangen welches wirklich lecker und ausgezeichnet war. In der Nacht zurück am Zimmer festgestellt das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, die Heizung im Badezimmer aber auf Hochtouren lief und das ganze Zimmer aufheizte, schlafen bei den Temperaturen unmöglich, Fenster geöffnet aber dann kann man wegen dem Licht nicht schlafen. Und nach einem langen anstrengenden Tag möchte ich mich als Gast auch nicht mit solchen Problemen auseinandersetzen möchten, das ist nicht meine Aufgabe. Da gleichzeitig eine Geburtstagsfeier im Hotel war, wurde auch bis spät in die Nacht hinein vor dem Fenster gegrölt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das die Klimaanlage derzeit außer Betrieb ist da es draußen noch nicht sehr warm ist. Für mich als Gast komplett inakzeptabel da man für diesen Service bezahlt. Zusammenfassend die schlimmste Nacht die ich je in einem Hotel hatte.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Im Restaurant kann man super essen, Pizza top. Lage ist okay, kostenlose Tiefgarage im Haus. Und natürlich haben wir den Roof-Top-Pool genutzt 😃

Had a very good pizza at the restaurant, but was ripped off by the cover charge:4 euros for absolutely no reason, not even a bread/grissini basket was offered! Will definitely not be coming back!

Der Preis lässt es bereits vermuten: von den vier Sternen, die dieses Hotel haben soll, merkt man nicht viel. In unserem Trakt gab es offensichtlich einen Wasserschaden und auch sonst hapert es an grundlegender Ordnung - siehe Fotos!

Not worth a stay. I am really disappointed of that hotel. The most disappointing pints are, that the hotel is a spa hotel but you don’t even have tea on the room. Further the water is not free of change, but in addition to that taking 1 bottle you are charged for 2. in the Restaurant the Food is delicious but the restaurant offers a menu with a dish water an coffee but you just receive the main course without the water and the coffee, so not a really good deal as 50% if the offer given in the menu is not fulfilled in the restaurant. WiFi is very bad in the room. The rooms aber very noisy and the bath is tiny, even for a small person. I really have to think about the good things besides the food but unfortunately can’t find any.

Service was excellent, personnel very friendly. Breakfast very good and lots of choise. Food in restaurant very nice too. Rooms very nice, some signs of wear and tear but spacious and clean. Air conditioning originally set for high temperature but after asking reception was brought down to lower temperature which was much better. Extra payment for parking is defenitely worth it. It's theoretically 35 mins from Milan Centre but takes much longer, need to pay toll on main road.

We have spent a whole WE here and were disappointed. The hotel pretends to be a 4 star, but the room had no safe, no minibar, no complementary water, no tea kettle, coffee or anything drinkable. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor, and from the road. The mattresses were noisy and pretty hard, the jacuzzi in our room was dirty with hairs coming out the massage jets and after we complained, nothing happened. This is why we have only two stars for the review! The room itself and the bathroom were clean though. The things we enjoyed: The AC was functioning well and was not noisy. There was a really nice complementary welcome drink and we were given fried vegetables, prosciutto, salami and focaccia. The breakfast was very nice, compared to many other Italian hotels, offering a choice of pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, jam, yoghourts, honey and fruit salad, and we were positively surprised by the big basket with gluten free corn flakes, salty crackers and biscuits. The hotel lies in a small village, a 25 minutes drive from Milano center, which we found very convenient.

First room looked horrible. But when I went to tell them about it, they gave me a MUCH better room. Receptionist was very nice. The Wi-Fi was kinda slow, however. Design of the hotel looked better that the neighborhood it was in.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Hotel is 4 stars but the team behind is 10 😊

We came here for 2 nights. First of all we had to change rooms, because the first one was really really really dirty, with almost everything broken. Second room was little bit better, a bit more cleaner. Clima at the room was out of servis. If you want to take shower you have to wait 10 minutes for hot water. Towels and robes were really old and poorly washed. Only positive thing was the hot tub in the room. At 9:30 at breakfast is almost nothing, and overall boring options. Whole hotel had weird smell, spa was not bad and stuff very friendly. But I really don’t understand how this hotel can have 4*, overall I don’t recommend.
