Absolutely 5/5, A-Class accommodations, service and overall experience. From arrival at the hotel, how we were welcomed to the moment we checked-out and left, our 4-night stay at Chateau Montfort was absolutely exquisite. Walter was fabulous to deal with, treating us to an upgrade (given our recent engagement) and personally taking us on a tour of the hotel, up to our room with a history lesson along the way. Luigi within the hotel lobby bar/lounge always greeted us with a smile and made the best cocktails - lots of passion behind each one. All of the staff were attentive from the door men to the front desk to the luggage handlers and cleaners. All work so hard to make your stay relaxing. The on-site spa and Turkish bath experience was divine - the perfect added touch to a relaxing stay away from home. Rooms were clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Delicious room service. Hotel is very well located. Close enough to walk to main attractions but far enough from city congestion. Overall, thrilled with our experience and will stay again next time we’re in Milan. Bravo a tutti!

Wonderful experience. The hotel staff was kind from the beginning, offering us places to see in Milan and accommodating our stay in every way possible. The hotel itself is stunning, uniquely decorated, and has a true Chateau feel. The rooms were bigger than expected, with beautiful decor and a stunning bathroom. We didn't try the restaurant but ordered drinks in the lounge on our last night and they were delicious. The location was right off the tram and subway and we were able to get around easily. Highly recommend!

What we expect from a Relais & Chateaux Hotel— the setting is in a lovely residential area of Milan and service of the highest level. Public areas are lavish; individual rooms perfect for romance. The hotel provides Diptyque Paris amenities in generous sizes for clientele. Breakfast in the Rubacuori is a visually exquisite experience with an abundance of fresh offerings. The central bar with domed ceiling and piano is dizzingly lovely. The hotel was formerly a private palazzo where one tastes the grandeur of the past. The bunny, which seems to be a symbol of the property, is a whimsical touch in decor. Complimentary fruit, sweets, and macaroons appeared magically to welcome us. Location is ideal for a short walk to the must-see Villa Necchi Campiglio. Expect about a 25 minute walk if you’re due for an exhibit at the Palazzo Reale. The clientele does not dress to impress—they are comfortable in relaxation mode while the staff looks after the guests with the highest level of professionalism. Thank you!

This hotel is a shambles....and in no way is a "5 Star" hotel....I think they keep a high rating by paying influencers to stay there.....just check their Instagram Here is an unbiased review.... The good..... Rooms are nice, modern, bed is good Staff in general are friendly and its not their fault this hotel is so bad The bad..... Hotel Bar is the worst bar I've been too, such potential but even alone in the bar you wait 20 plus minutes for any service Wifi is a joke... 24 hour room service is actually just when he chef is around (but listed as 24 hours) Massive construction going on outside....7am and you are not sleeping anymore Homeless people everywhere - no issues but if you think this is 5 star you are in for a shock Aircon is useless TV has 4 english channels - advertise like they have every sky channel Overall staff are untrained - got sand blown in my eye by the porter, when ordering a cocktail the lady asked several times if it was ok, before i even had a sip....they are friendly but useless basically Honestly all the above i would put up with in a 4 star hotel....this is not 5 stars...even the way they handle complaints is amateur....if you get a good price its worth a shot... but will I ever stay here again....that's a firm NO

This has got to be one of the best places we have stayed. The decor is beautiful, spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more helpful, made you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. Would always stay here if visiting Milan. Short walk into the city and 20 minute taxi from Linate airport

Chateau Monfort is one of these hotels, where you feel really good. We can honestly recommend stay at this boutique - style hotel. The property is well located. Interior is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly, rooms are well designed and clean. The breakfast is very good. We are looking forward to stay here again.

The hotel is fun and well decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable, but the room felt more like a spare-room airbnb than a "junior suite" in a 5-star hotel, with impractical design choices such as a shower in the bedroom (rather than in the bathroom). The staff were very friendly throughout our stay, however on returning to collect our luggage a couple of hours after checkout we found the reception a little cold. The spa is fantastic, with lovely little attentions to detail. The massages were world class, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The breakfast is very overpriced. The location is ok, being about 15-20 minutes from most places.

I recently stayed here and I am shocked that this place is listed as a 5 star hotel, I loved the decoration in the bar and the restaurant, also breakfast is a good 8.5/10, another ok thing is its 17 min walk to the duommo, but the rooms oh my God, so small, bed seems cheap, service is what you would expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel, air conditioning did not work. Also the place does not feel luxurious due to the area. Did not have a bad stay but definetly will not go back.

Without a doubt, this hotel has the best hospitality we've experienced in Milan! The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, has an amazing spa, and wonderful bar. Most of all, it's the people who work here who make it so special! We can not recommend this hotel enough!

Terrific hotel, although maybe not the same level as some other Relais and Chateau properties we've stayed in. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and I would consider staying here again when visiting Milan in the future.

Had the most gorgeous stay here. Everything was attended to, the decor and food and service were all tremendous, and I had the best facial/massage ever from Andreas in the spa.

Staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was included in our visit and was such a nice way to wind down after a day of traveling and shopping. Do NOT miss out on the spa! Just ask the front desk to reserve a time for you. Would absolutely stay again! And it’s only a 15 minute walk from the duomo.

This was the perfect start to our honeymoon. The hotel is centrally located, beautifully decorated with some unique quirks and the staff is exceptional! We could ask them any questions and they have amazing recommendations, especially in terms of restaurants. When we mentioned it was our honeymoon they even decorated the room with rose petals and gave us a free bottle of champagne and chocolates. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a wide range of selections! We will definitely be back!

We were blown away by this hotel on our recent visit to Milan. Our rooms were huge, luxurious and stunning. The bar and breakfast were both wonderful, and the staff super professional. The location was a little far from the centre of the old town, but everything else was so great we’ll definitely be back!!

Please don’t be fooled by the reviews. On entering the hotel reception you’re smacked in the face by a cheap fragrance that gives you an instant headache. The room allotted to me was 012 on the ground floor- And you might as well be sleeping on the road because it makes no difference sleeping in the hotel or outside. It’s like some cruel joke to be given this room. You can hear every pedestrian, every car, every train that passes by your room. I haven’t been able to sleep at all. This was supposed to be a holiday, turned out to be a nightmare. Unless you want to punish yourself, I do not advise booking this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, warm welcome, great front desk service. Fantastic thick towels, silky sheets, perfect pillows. Located just a few steps from the metro station; 10 minutes ride by the fast train from Linate airport. Highly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly located within 20-30 min walking distance from the Duomo, and the blue line metro is right outside the hotel entrance. The staff is very professional and friendly, and made our stay something we will remember for a long time. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, so I really recommend booking it with a stay here.

Very pleasant experience- great room details, nice food, and friendly service. It’s a bit close to the street and it’s quite noisy over the night, perhaps the window wasn’t able to shut off properly

it's a great place to stay in Turin. Amazing interior. Close to city center. there are a lot of Cafe and restaurants around. And what I liked the most is the bathtub next to the bed. if you'd like to have a breakfast you have to ask it a day before.

Loved it here. The staff were super nice, especially Albeto and Luigi, who were always warm, helpful, and made our stay so much better. The room was comfortable and the spa was nice to have when we wanted a slow morning. Strongly recommend staying here.

Although surprising and creative room, the shower was full of limescale and half blocked with very little pressure and a persistent weird smell in the room. The staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast which is what makes this hotel worth the visit but beware that at least during the week we were there (fashion week) it was quite overpriced for what was offered.

Attentive staff, great resturant and beautiful rooms. If you are looking for a twist on classic style, this is the place. The staff pays attention to every detail and this type of attention is carried through the whole experience. Make a reservation at the resturant for a great romantic dinner.

I booked this hotel for our base in a 5 day exploration of Milan. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk to the Duomo or a 15 minute tram ride on the no. 19, which stops very near the hotel. The rooms are quiet and, whilst small, make excellent use of the available space with modern facilities. The hotel amenities are good with an excellent breakfast and a nice, small, well stocked piano bar and there is also a spa. The reception staff are superb. They can provide all manner of information and help in your exploration of Milan, where to eat, what to see and how to get around. All the staff were courteous and friendly and a credit to the hotel. I had pre-arranged, via the concierge, a small floral tribute for our anniversary and the hotel expanded on this with a pretty rose petal display and a little something to celebrate with. Very touching.

What a beautiful, charming place. We spent 4 amazing nights there. The food, decor & staff were all wonderful. The FD Concierge really knew his job well and was a plesaure to deal with. Great location within walking to the Cathedral and main shopping & sights. We really loved the city and this hotel.
