The pool is stunning and the staff kind. But the toilets stank, the showers were dirty and there were green algae in the pool. Yhe access doors did not work creating forever long cues and a lot of general frustration. For such a gorgeous place the poor maintenance is just really sad.

This is an absolutely stunning pool. The facilities are worth every penny and will continue to come back through out my stay in Milan. My only negative feedback would be that they didn’t have a digital clock on either end of the pool which seemed odd for a high end facility. There was an analog one on one side. “Shrug”

Multiple entry tickets for the swimming pool expire after the end of the season, even if they weren’t used at all. Misleading information was given on sale of the subscription: I was told that the unused entries could be added to my new pass if I buy one, without mentioning that this is only possible until one week after the end of the season, which made all the difference in my case.
