I am not happy with this charm. First of all it's not even massive silver, it's hollow and not even closed! Don't you think about it that people probably wear it under the shower etc.? The finish is also not the best, you can clearly see the welds. A reduction in the price would be appropriate, otherwise I'll send it back to you. Or maybe check if a replacement is possible if it's not too complicated

I just received my DIAMOND AND RUTHENIUM BALL CHAIN NECKLACE 150 - Length: 88cm and it's beautiful and sparkly. It's 88 cm so I'm wearing it doubled like a choker but I can also pull one end down to look like two different lengths or wear it full length. I can also place one of my pendants on it, either on the first loop or the second. This is so versatile and different. I especially appreciate the color, shiny shiny black diamond cut beads. I love it and the shipping was super fast. It was boxed in a very chic  sliding necklace box lined in velvet with Nove25 printed in stark white on matt black. What a great presentation for a gift. I have several items on my wish list including a C initial silver dotted charm with a clasp ready for my charm bracelet. It won't be long before I order again. Thank you Nove25!

The items were very good quality. Shipment and delivery was extremely fast. Its a shame for quite expensive item like that the gift box that it came in was really poor quality. Unfortunately customer support online wasnt responding so i just risked and bought the size that was there without actually knowing if it would fit. Overall good experience.

I bought a ring online from Spain and everything was perfect, I even needed to change the size and I had no problem. Very good communication and speed in the management and shipping.
