I had the best experience of travelling to Shillong and Guwahati with Anshuman travels. It was very well coordinated . The car arrived on time at the airport and the chauffer was very punctual and we'll behaved. The hotels they provided were standard and trustworthy with quality rooms and food. Also I got back my set of airdopes which I lost at the hotel room entirely at their initiative. I highly recommend Anshuman travels!!

Do not use this travel agent; he earns massive cuts from drivers and hotels and is not committed to a good service. We were travelling from England to see Kaziranga Nature Reserve and for our 6 day trip, Anshuman Travels booked us to visit Kaziranga on the last day, which would have been fine except we realised after reaching Assam that on the last two days of our trip, the safaris were cancelled owing to Gaja Mahotsav. This was a shock and disappointing to say the least as we missed the most looked forward to part of our long-planned trip. Anshuman did not take any responsibility for this and did not rearrange things for us. We were encouraged by positive reviews online but had an awful experience with this agent. The hotels booked were sub-standard and the agent did not take any responsibility for changing things for us. Instead, he cancelled our bookings and did not return our money. He took Rs 30,000 advance and only provided services worth Rs 21,000. He cancelled our bookings and left us stranded without a booked hotel for four nights. Since we were travelling with children and parents, this left us in a precarious situation. Very sad that this should happen to anyone. No apology rendered; not even money refunded for services not provided.

We took the services of Anshuman travels to execute our 8 days Assam and Meghalaya trip in March 2023. Biswas da is very responsive and prompt with his inputs and iternary planning. We were assigned a dedicated cab and driver for the entire week. Our driver Biplob was prompt from airport pick up to dropping us back after a week. He is a very good driver and also helped us finding vegetarian hotels across the tour. During the tour Biswas da was very quick to address a few challenges that came our way. He was also very helpful with his inputs on elephant safari and Brahmaputra cruise. Over all I recommend there services if you are planning a north east trip.

We booked for 4 day short trip to meghalaya from tamilnadu. A bachelor trip from Tamilnadu. Covered Shillong few places, *clean umngot river, *maylong village, *root brige, cherapunji few place and mainly *weisaw dong waterfall. * denotes must visit place. I have given review as per what we covered. But there are much more beautiful places in meghalaya. Travels is good. Hotels what we stayed are clean and good. We are 5 person. Its around 65k for 4 night and 4 days with breakfast.

Excellent service!! The owner is very helpful and courteous. We had an amazing driver who took care of our travel needs and made our vacation successful. Highly recommended.

No Tour Operator is better than Anshuman Travels for North East India especially for Tawang. Simply provide your tour period & they will take away all your tensions. We had a great experience with Anshuman Travels from 27th May to 1st June 2019. Our Guwahati, Shillong & Cherrapunji tour was well organised by the travel agency. The vehicle which was given to us was a neat & clean one alongwith a intelligent driver Saiful who guided us well & took care of us.
