Best Diagnostic Clinic for health checkup in Guwahati. Took my mom for Whole Body Check up. Its was very hassle free, staff was very supportive, reports come in oneday itself. U can get report on WhatsApp. Tele Consultation is also available for long distance patients.

I am a doctor & sharing my terrible experience with this Apollo clinic. Clear medical negligence. I will be sending my complaint to 1-Assam Medical Council/NMC 2-National Consumer Helpline 3-NCDRC I was denied my own medical reports! I came for employment medical checkup on 2nd & 3rd July 2021. Test were done swiftly at 11 am, however I was told physician will come at 6pm. To note lockdown starts at 4 pm. The staffs & management lack common sense. I had to go back before 4 pm. Next day I had reached by 11.30 am. I was told that physician will be there around 1 pm. I had waited till 3 pm without any sign of doctor. I had called my HR, informed that I am leaving. Fortunately my HR said no issue, I can join without physician report. I met another guy who was coming for 4 days & still the physician checkup was pending. The hospital kept a board showing offer of 200 voucher if you rate it with 5 star in Google. Uploading the photo.

I have visited many clinics around india but after I visited this, I would rate it as average. The don't pick calls when I tried to contact them. Staff were not friendly except few. But the doctor was good, calm and counselling was really good. By the way cost was high.

One of the good health care service in Guwahati. The best thing is consultation & tests can be done under one roof.All major consultants are available, like medicine, cardiologist,ent, orthopaedic, dermatologist,neurologist, neuro sergon,urologist, etc. It also provides health check up packages. Medical tests as variuos blood tests, ecg, x ray, ultrasound, etc available.Parking is a issue here.

Very bad experience while trying to book an appointment. Very rude and uncouth behavior over the phone. Apollo kindly take note to make background checks before hiring staff who take calls to book appointments. The ignorant employee on the end of the line doesn't know how to respond to a call. It seems like he was frustrated working here and didn't want to book an appointment over the phone. Please don't call their number mentioned. We just ask for a little bit of professional courtesy while booking appointments. To be a good diagnostic centre you should first hire the right kind of employees who respond well and have a proper understanding of the situation at hand. Kindly teach some etiquette and give them proper training to be a first responder over the phone. My first call makes me not want to ever book an appointment ever with Apollo Diagnostic Centres. And please remove the word "Best" because truly you are the WORST in Customer Services. Kindly do a check on your Bora Service, Guwahati center and remove your uncouth employee who responds to calls. This rude person has brought shame on Apollo's brand name which has taken them years to develop. I am sorry to say this but kindly take this constructively as this will be helpful for end - users in the future . Zero Tolerance should be placed in effect .

Had MRI scans of both my knees at Apollo Diagnostic, Ulubari, during a business trip to the city. Amazing how they accommodated me at such a short notice. The images, my orthopaedic said, are truly world-class. He could make a precise decision about the surgery required based on the scan findings. Great service; and instant soft copy of report emailed to my doctor, as well as to me.

I visited Apollo Diagnostics with my parents for a routine check-up after getting negative for COVID-19. It is really necessary to undergo a thorough health check-up. While there was some crowd at the center as it was a busy day, everything was conducted smoothly. The Ulubari branch is really good at handling crowds.

Registration and procedures are simple. Staff who are kind and cooperative. The cafe's food is excellent and reasonably priced. On consultation, the doctor is highly confident and experienced. Follow-up therapy procedures are well discussed.

I have no hesitation in stating that apollo Imaging is a centre par excellence in the field of Imaging. According to me, the quality of imaging and reporting is far superior to any of its contemporaries in Assam. These qualities allow the clinician to further excel in their clinical assessment of the patient, helping them deliver desired results in clinical practice. I would strongly recommend this centre to all my colleagues to improve their understanding of the pathology which would allow them to do justice to their patients in clinical practice.

Very greedy clinic..... They have a system of taking extra opd charge of rs 100 very time we see a doctor...which I haven't seen in any other clinic.... And moreover there is a universal rule that doctors fees is valid for a month.... But here you will have to pay every time you see a doctor.... If in a month you visit twice then you will have to pay twice.....my personal experience.....

Very rude reception staff, the one who is involved in UKVI. Very unkind, totally understanding and super rude. Very unfortunate that Apollo clinic ulubari has employed him. Because of rude behaviour, I have asked as many as 5 of my relatives to go else where and not Apollo clinic. Patients will fall sicker due to rude behaviour rather than getting well.

I have been doing blood tests for myself nd for my family since many years from many different places but never faced any situation like this, but for the first time I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided by the Apollo clinic guwahati bora service and the staffs, as because I am suffering badly from the past 5 days so I visited apollo hospital for my regular checkup and to what exactly is going wrong with my health but when they tried to test my blood, they injected the syringe so badly that it went inside the main muscle for which I became senseless… Nd at this point of time I became quite more weak that, I hardly can talk to someone properly… I am truly not happy with the service. Dr Snehi Sharma is an excellent dentist. She explained every procedure and was very informative and straight forward. The chamber was very clean and hygienic, the staffs were friendly as well. It is a great place to take care of your teeth & gums. I highly recommend Dr Snehi Sharma regarding any dental problems. God bless her..

It is one of the best Diagnostic Centres in Guwahati. The place is equipped with latest equipments, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor I visited was also very co-operative and understanding. Ambiance of the waiting lounge is also good and the place has enough parking space which makes it stand out.

They gave us appointment for 3 pm and then told us at 5.30 pm that the Doctor would not be able to come, that too upon asking them the status of Doctors arrival...

I had a pleasant experience at this Apollo Clinic. The behavior of all the staff is very good especially of the Corporate Support Manager (Shamima), she's a thorough professional and has a very postive attitude. She proactively kept me informed regarding all the developments, so any follow ups were really not required. So kudos to her. Also everything will be done in a timeley manner - from tests to doctor consultation. I would definitely recomend this clinic to anyone who wants good quality service in a time bound manner

This is my first time that I had my test done at Apollo Clinic, it is indeed great. All the technicians, nurses and staffs were very friendly and cooperative. I try to stay away from healthcare centers, but I will surely come here if I have to.

Called them several times did not picked my call, after picking I asked them regarding the price of the test for which the phone executive asked me to come instead of letting me know about price. Very highly dissatisfied with their response. I would recommend other to either switch their testing lab or if you want Apollo service then please directly go to their clinic instead of asking them regarding their price

Located at an easily reachable place. People from even as far as 10-15 kms travel here for their tests. They have the best diagnostic facilities in the entire belt. Plus they are very fast in their service too. Most of the reports are shared on the same day or next day morning itself.

MRI scans of both my knees were performed at Apollo Diagnostic in Ulubari on a business trip to the city. It's amazing how quickly they accommodated me. My orthopaedic remarked the photographs were genuinely world-class. Based on the scan results, he could make a precise choice on the surgery that was necessary. Excellent service, with a quick soft copy of the report provided to both my doctor and me.

I have had several tests at Apollo Diagnostics. Availability of MRI and CT scans round the clock is very convenient for those who may not be free during the day. The facilities are clean and spacious and staff seem caring and professional. Reports are available online without having to make another trip to the centre.

Excellent customer service. Sugar diabetes has been uncontrollable for the past 15 years, but after visiting Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Centre, my sugar levels have stabilised. And I am quite pleased with the therapy. Dr. is on his best behaviour. The entire crew is excellent. Sugar is now considered normal. We are delighted to provide advice.

I was there for yearly health check up. Apollo known for its high class facilities in healthcare sector. Over all facility is nice,little bit busy on weekdays. Some cons which I personally experienced here is :- Cleanliness of washrooms,need of improvement in stool collection procedure,Need more chairs for patients who are waiting,Male patients should also given privacy during TMT test,ECG test and X ray examination. Overall service is smooth 👍

The lady handling telemedicine branch of Apollo don't have soft skills.... to deal with patients and customers. She shouted and argued and behaved roughly with me in front of public in the reception desk area upon writing a review of my disatisfaction this time as it was done through MOBILE PHONE data WhatsApp interface to connect with CHENNAI APOLLO CHILDREN HOSPITAL from GUWAHATI ASSAM. I think she is new one. Earlier I had never such an experience. Previous staff like Mr laal, Miss chandrima were good and polite as well as helpful with good technical knowledge for making telemedicine calls satisfactory. Really I feel she needs to undergo SOFT SKILL trainings . I want the management to take necessary steps.Thank you.

Had really bad experience with Dr. Siddharth (physician) he went on asking alot about my personal life and judged me, also failed to identify the actual cause of my condition as well as didn't check the area where i was having discomfort which is why i had to consult another doctor the next day.

Worst lab in Guwahati. I had to wait for 3 hours for an ultrasound and the male receptionist doesn't have time to answer properly and he talks with so much attitude as if he is paying for my diognosis.

Went in for a TB test for my UK visa. It was very smooth and easy to get through the process. All the staff were quick and guided me properly.

Why do we chose clinics and not Hospitals when there are numbers of hospital ? We choose clinics if we want faster service right. My mother and I have been waiting for her ultrasound appointment since 3 pm, When there are numbers of clinics we can go for , but the receptionist said The Doctor is reaching already so book the appointment, and to my surprise it’s 3 hours of us waiting and the Doctor isn’t here yet. Please note it isn’t about there are too many patients, The doctor isn’t here yet since 3 pm, and now it’s 6 pm

Very worst experience. Please never go to this center. Receptionist took wrong payment and she was not agree to sent my sample same day until I come and pay. She made an entry of other person and took the amount. They are not trustable. And also there is not manger available to raise any complaints. They are not giving any information to sent our complaints. Any mangers of apollo clinic if you are looking into my comments. I came here for medical screening for student visa. The staff and reception were very helpful and friendly. I would like to extend special thanks towards Mr.Ratan who was very professional and friendly , he helped me out a lot step by step with all the procedures. The doctors were also really friendly and the procedures and tests happened fast. It was a big pleasure to have my screening done here and will come back here for further medical screening or check up needs.

The two ladies who did our blood test had horrendous attitude,no smile on their faces ew! ,it’s like they hate their job..since the “doctor” there is the only authorised doctor in northeast for visa we had no choice but to go to that clinic, I’d never recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Only a thing to say. Go for a govt hospital instead. Atleast there doctors are available for diagnosis. In this place, your appointment time is not being respected. You may have to wait for hours to get diagnosed even after you are the first one to have an appointment (due to doctor unavailability). In my opinion, the management here should have a proper details of the doctor's availability which would maybe facilitate them to keep their commitments made to a patient.

I made booking online and the scheduled time was 4pm and I did reach there @4pm but guess what? The irresponsible doctor was not even there and the staff kept on lying that he'll be there soon. He arrived at 6pm two freaking hours late. We had a patient with us and they knew it but they have that audacity to be late. If you're going to arrive @6pm then you should have told us to be there at that time. Never visiting again.

I have been regularly visiting this clinic for my father's urological issues. They are extremely punctual in report delivery. Even doctors who are not associated with Apollo consider their reports as perfect.

The home visit executive provided excellent service.  The method of collecting blood is excellent. Everyone was acting nicely and politely,  report obtained in less than 12 hours.

It's really a disgrace to hear such comments during the Anomaly scan, where the diagnostic doctor and the staff never explained how it was as we were very anxious about this test. They just called the patient and did the test and when the patient asked how is things and if they can the husband and explain, the comment received from staff was " father can see the child once born, we have more patients today to deal with ". This sounded funny as the world has advanced and so did Medical science but the staff and doctor perfoming such test should be educated and polite as we are paying for a service and this is not charity.

Your phlebotomist got in touch with me at the appointed time and arrived to collect the sample well before the allotted time. He was quite polite, and I am very happy with his manners.

I had to do plenty of tests at one shot for class II medicals for CPL and my requirements were •reports must have NABL/NABH logo which they provided •the required degree of the doctor which was too available..from the very start till end mr.raktim took care of everything with a very polite and co-operative behaviour as well as the other staffs including the nurse..guided me throughout with such ease...i would highly recommend others as well to visit Apollo clinic.

I went to Apollo Ulubari for my health checkup. The doctor was very helpful. But the staff were a fraud who overcharged me more than the duly amount and once I complaint about the same they refunded me the amount back.I would not suggest anyone to go to this clinic.

Worst Hospital! They take appointment then seems like the doctor is not available only in the hospital. Sometimes you ll have an appointment and doctor might not attend if there are no other patients Urine and different test report of other people are sent to you. God knows whom they send our report. We are regular here ok, so today what happened I took my grandmother for check up to Dr. Rakesh Periwal sir we went very early and i myself saw the register we were our number was frst but the staff allowed the person who came after us to visit the doctor and he was younger then my grandmother my grandmother was a senior citizen and she was not able to bear the ac but then also they let the younger person so first despite his number was after us i mean what type of unprofessional behavior is that really sad to watch this they didn't even bother

The worst diagnostic center,filled with pathetic doctors. Today I took my 11 year old son to see Rakesh Periwal, sorry I can't add Dr. before his name. He kept my son standing, we went with complaint of fever, he was in a hurry with his bag hanging by his side, he didn't check fever did not even pick the stetho to check chest, did not check temperature, just looked at his tonsils and wrote a few medicines and left his cabin. We chased to find out doses. Shame on this quack called and Apollo clinic.

Disgusting experience I had done my mothers shoulders xray and they even didn't share me the reports such kind of negligence is very disappointing. They are continuously giving me excuses regarding the reports after taking full payment the concerned authority must take severe action against the staff.
