given
by
them:
1.
Come
after
once
your
prepaid
connection
plan
get
over
2.
I
went
there
then
after
they
said
it
comes
under
other
circle
then
port
it,
where
it
would
take
next
15
days.
(After
processed
the
MNP
process,
i
analyzed
that
i
can
buy
new
postpaid
connection
which
is
going
to
start
within
2
hrs.
and
the
present
number
i
could
make
it
MNP
then
after.
I
called
them
and
asked
that
will
i
get
refund
by
cancelling
and
then
you
can
process
for
the
new
postpaid
sim?
They
said
yes,
went
there
and
got
to
know
they
can't
help.
Even
they
asked
for
higher
authority
he
said
yes
but
still
they
(store
staff)
said
don't
take
risk,
you
probably
won't
get
refund)
The
idea
behind
this
whole
story
is
that,
i
found
they
are
more
like
executer
rather
than
thinker
to
shoot
out
problem
statement
with
the
best
circumstance.
The
solution
could
be
to
provide
the
new
sim
and
the
MNP
process
for
the
present
sim
could
be
ported
after
15-20
days.
Even
though,
in
the
first
visit
(on
5th
Jan'2021)
they
could
ask
me
for
the
present
sim
circle
and
could
process
it.
So
i
don't
suffer
too
long.
Needed
to
improve:
1.
Professionalism;
As
number
of
staff
are
too
much
but
only
few
are
aware
about
their
product/
service.
2.
Don't
have
enough
space
to
seat.
If
you
had
to
wait.
3.
Poor
in
terms
of
hygiene
(as
it's
Covid
period)
4.
Would
be
best
to
visit
your
competitor
store
(i.e.
Airtel)
once,
if
you
really
want
to
improve
your
customer
experience
in
your
store.
