We had a great time in Bredene. The holiday apartment is great, the Interhome team is helpful and very competent. We are coming again next year!

A residential complex of apartments with a balcony, which does not have a sea view except for the upper floors. There is an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. Acceptable prices

Although the staff is friendly and professional, more than my full deposit was deducted due to a defective (simple and cheap) toilet seat that broke under normal use. I informed them immediately, but they advised me to wait and report when checking out. I understand that this needs to be repaired quickly, but this method is very customer unfriendly. Indirect and impersonal communication, no communication between owner and tenant possible for such matters.... absolutely not a good feeling! We are disappointed, a damper after our holiday.

We were guests in an apartment in this group for the first time. All around class! Key collection, problems with the TV, check out. Everything was great and very friendly! Gladly again!!!

We booked a beautiful apartment through them. Everything was well organised, but in the apartment there was a cutting board with Interhome on it. We thought it would be a nice and original gift...we took it home. We received a call: it was not the intention to take that board with us. Sorry, didn't understand... a few days later we had an invoice for 12.00 euros in the email... well, a bit ridiculous, right?

Really very dirty accommodation!!! WiFi doesn't work, intercom broken, no fire detector (although mandatory) for the rest the photos speak for themselves. At 200 euros per night you expect something really clean. Staff at the agency very unpleasant, don't know how to say hello and take us for liars. I do not recommend this agency which does not like French speakers at all!

The staff was very unfriendly, when it rained we were thrown out even though it said on the door that two people were allowed in. Unfortunately, later only one person was allowed in. The employees had poor knowledge of German and French. If you spoke small Flemish yourself, you received no help whatsoever. The highlight of it all was when the staff asked us when we were finally going. We also told them which necessary items were missing from the holiday apartment. We were promised a lot, but in the end we got nothing. The kettle was in such a poor condition that it couldn't be used. In addition, they wanted to clean the kettle, but this didn't happen either. Garbage bags were not included! Impudence!! Apparently we were the first holiday renters, but they made it look like we had damaged all the items! Overall, the apartment was very nice, the view was fantastic, but the staff still left a lot to be desired. Unsuitable for children due to noise-sensitive neighbors. P.S. The light switches were all sticky. There were also black cigarette stains everywhere on the terrace, and the fire alarm in the children's room had fallen off and was not put back on.

Reasonably priced. According to the information, everything is correct.
