Having experienced an issue with my diamond ring a second time I came into the bury store to see if it can be fixed and the matter was dealt with professionally and quickly. Lynn was very helpful when as she informed me before buying that the earrings where gold plated and not gold (mum is allergic). If she didn't tell me this I would have gone ahead and bought them (mum wouldn't be happy about that). She then helped me find some that were gold. Very friendly and helpful! Thanks Lynn :)
