We got the the hotel room and the bed wasn’t even made. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. We waited about 10-15mins and in that time my husband took the sheets off the bed to help them out and put them on the floor. They finally showed up. They picked up the sheets, looked at them and started putting them on the bed. I said in front of my girls, “are you guys really going to put those back on the bed?” They said, “ if they don’t see anything on them that is what they do”. Needless to say we said that is disgusting and we went to the front desk told them what happened and they offered another room, but we said that isn’t gonna happen. They gave us a refund and we left. Highly suggest going some where else! If I could I wouldn’t give this place a star at all!

I vacationed to see family with my son and chose Fun City for our last getaway of the summer before school starts. I really wanted Fun City to live up to its name, and it easily could. What's holding Fun City back from the fun it advertises? Fox News on multiple TVs in the restaurant and main concourse jumbo TVs -- I asked for them to turn it off and instead switched it to two other TVs. They don't allow serious news networks here apparently, and nothing screams "fun" like right wing anti-institution propaganda forced on you at a kid's resort. Despite your stance on this, game and ride maintenance is nearly non-existent. The money being raked in here is not being reinvested back into the entertainment. Black trash bags are permanently placed over two of the large 3D movie motion seats (the ones in front,) very classy. The virtual reality ride seems permanently broken. The photo booth is broken. Avengers coin machine broken. Ball drop broken. I've had to get broken games refunded to my game card half a dozen times in one day. Please do better, Fun City. I want to love you, but I don't come to your resort and spend hundreds of dollars to be right-wing indoctrinated and kiddo disappointed by broken games. Thanks for hearing me out.

This is a Kid friendly place that allows Adults to have a little fun. Everything seems to be itemized without noticeable packaging of entertainment. This is a bit expensive. One wrist band should suffice for everything while you are there for your entire stay. We also had no view from our room due to remodeling. Good hospitality but no compensation for that. I will reevaluate and update you when I return to Fun City. The service and food was very good.

Place sucks. Everyone that works there sucks. They're all rude and act incompetent. The girl at the stand (Robin, I believe) was the worst. We went to get money on the cards for the arcade. We had 3 buy $10 get $10 free cards for the arcade so we said we wanted $30 and get $30 free. So $60 all together.. she charged us $60 and we didn't realize til we swiped the card. We told her we think there was a mistake. She said "I didn't make a mistake, you did.. there's nothing I can do about it once the money's on the card".. GIRL, I ain't the one pressing the buttons? So we were basically forced into spending an extra $30. The blonde girl at the Gasoline Allies restaurant acts like she hates her job, can't understand what people are saying and looks at you with a nasty look.. This place is 🗑️ and we 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I used to love coming to fun city when I was a kid it was always a good time with my family. I went today not having been this since Covid happened. As soon as I walked in I was truly disappointed and it crushed my childhood. When I was little they had a space for the tubes, when you were done with a ride or done with lazy river and going to a ride with no floaty you were to put it back or maybe that was just the kindness out of everyone’s heart. I don’t care either way because there was always floatys when you were ready to go back on a slide that needed one. When I went today I didn’t even go swimming or get on a slide. I was completely crushed. There’s no floats area where you were to pick them up anymore ever single person hogged there own. For no one else to use until they decided to leave. People sitting on chairs at their tables with a float and not even using it but didn’t put it back or give it to someone else to use. How am I supposed to have fun when I have to stand around for 45 mins and still not even get a float? Yes I love that there was lots of people there but that’s just not right. Honestly it’s upsetting that I saw less floatys then I saw years ago. I will honestly never go back. Thanks fun city for ruining the love I used to have for the place.

This place was sooo much fun! We was there on the 4th of July this year. We thought it was going to extremely packed, but it wasn’t that bad really! They have GIANT pizza for reasonable prices!! Yummy food and drinks and love the tiki hut for some adult time 😊 for $10 this place rocked!!! We can’t wait to make another trip out there hopefully again this summer!! I had lost my engagement ring and didn’t realize it till we was down the road heading back to Illinois called right away and they went out and found it for me!! Thank GOD! I definitely highly recommend this place for the WHOLE FAMILY!!! 💖💖💖

Was not told when reserving the room that the entire pool area was closed. Used to be you got 4 water park passes included with your room, now you get no perks whatsoever at a very high price! If we knew there was no pool or even hot tub we would have stayed somewhere else for cheaper! They should be discounting rooms and also telling people that the entire pool area and play area is closed! The only thing to do is play in Fun City that you have to pay extra for! We will not stay there again! It's a big rip off hotel!

Fun but not very sanitary. Never seen them wipe down the go-karts, and have gotten sick from there, but had fun at the water park.

Sadden because before covid we came here Multiple times a year, and have had a blast everytime, came this time for our Littles birthday, couldn't ride with us on the go karts as those are no longer available, half the games don't work, and then we went in to play a round of bowling. And can't enjoy that because the bumpers don't work and they refuse to move us to another lane. We probably won't be returning..

Fun time with the kids. Get the large token package in the arcade…they’ll run right through all of them in no time. Lots of fun. Also there’s a water park that the kids like plus a decent restaurant. Never seemed too busy and I’ve been there multiple times.
