    I live in St Louis Mo. There are dealerships in the St Louis Mo metro area that would not go through all the hoops that MO requires but yet this dealership did. If you see something that you like, give them a chance. One of the better experiences of buying a new car. I really like my truck!

    I used to think that I would rather have a root canal than negotiate for a car. Not anymore. I had the best experience at Uftring Ford. The process was fast and painless thanks to "Red" Davis. There was absolutely no pressure and no B.S. I highly recommend "Red" and the Uftring crew for your next car purchase.

    Chris Cochran the Sales rep was excellent and took good care of us during the buying process. Dana was very helpful from Internet sales as we were buying from out of state. Overall, happy with our purchase and experience at Uftring Ford.

    I recently purchased a used car from Uftring in East Peoria, I had 3 big takeaways most positive 1 negative from my visit, 1st is the inventory.There was a ton of selection available both new and used, and a lot of variety of makes and models. 2nd is our salesman Kendall was an awesome guy to work with, sometimes going to dealerships you have to deal with those “sleazy” sales person types and Kendall is far from that, seemed very genuine in trying to discover our needs and what exactly we were looking for and in the future we will definitely be back to work with him, he even came in on his day off to help us out and also stayed after hours for us. The 3rd, which is the one negative thing I would have to say about our experience was the sales manager emailing me back and fourth trying to work out a deal, felt like he was very condescending in our exchange, I understand that as my situation was probably more difficult to accommodate than others however I didn’t appreciate it. Other than that we had a fantastic experience with Uftring.

    Extremely easy to shop and no pressure to purchase. Dave Koehne was very polite and knew vehicle info & stock. My wife commented on how much "fun" she had. Very pleased with vehicle, experience and staff. Steve in finance department was informative and so easy to work with. Such a nice facility and again - such great staff!

    Great service and very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me out of a bad situation when my SUV that I had just purchased from them just a month before got totaled. They helped me find another SUV and in a color I liked. I even went back and bought a car for my son.

    Visiting from FL and scheduled an oil change here. When I arrived I mentioned there was an issue with my info screen but if they didn’t have time to check it I could make another appointment. They serviced my vehicle plus discovered the issue with the screen. New part immediately ordered. You can tell these folks care about their customers. Thanks Taylor, this is how all service departments should be run!

    I came in dirty from work, everyone treated me with respect. My salesman Dave K. listened to me and worked extremely hard to find a compromise. In the end my wife and I both drove out in New vehicles. Thank you Dave and manager's of Uftring Ford of East Peoria. Jason (Iron Workers Local 112)

    Viewed a vehicle online, negotiated a price. Which meant paid full price. Couldn't get there immediately as it was a two and a half hour drive each way. So put down a $500 deposit. Upon my arrival it was front and center ready for me to drive. Did so and upon putting it in park, I wire the money. Then waited an hour and a half for paperwork to be done. They knew that I was coming for 2 days. They had all the information they needed to have everything ready. Felt that it was inconsiderate and unprofessional.

    Dealers were very friendly, all I had to do was let them know the cars I was interested in and they took care of the rest! I bought a 2019 Kia Optima and I love it so much! Thank you guys again for all of your help!!

    Honesty is the prime word I would use for salespersons Chad A, Manager Kenyon W. and The Uftring family. They are true to their word and worked hard making all the changes I made on my 2023 Maverick during the waiting process. Salesperson , Kendall H. was my closer for Chad while on vacation and was super friendly and a very personable salesperson. They all worked very hard for me. Everyone at Uftring works as a well oiled machine from the initial sale to the signing of documents. They all work as a team!

    Uftring Ford was awesome to with with from start to finish purchasing my Ford Bronco(not sport…) . The sales and finance staff is easy to work with and I truly trust in my salesman to take care of me and my future car needs . I wouldn’t think twice about buying a car here. They’re not pushy and you'll get a fair trade in and a laid back buying experience. Thanks you guys! One more thing, no additional mark ups, paid MSRP!!!!

    I truly enjoyed doing business with your dealership. The salesman, John Applen was friendly and knowledgeable, did not try to sell me more than I wanted. Also the trade in value for my car was more than I expected. It isn’t very often one gets the pleasure to conduct business with such an outstanding car dealership’

    Bought my new Focus a little over a month ago. I had never purchased a car through a dealership before so I was a bit unsure of the whole process. John was super patient and helpful!     Amazing sales team and financing team! Brady was one of the nicest salesman I've ever had to work with! I was in and out within an hour after finding the vehicle I wanted. Everyone I talked to was up front about everything and I wasn't bamboozled with upsales or scare tactics to get more money or a higher package and keep my payment & price on my vehicle right where I wanted it.

    Two days ago I was driving from Nebraska to Virginia. My Ford Focus began making horrifically loud noises as I crossed Iowa and drove through Illinois. I stopped at Uftring Ford hoping that they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was incredibly stressed out and worried that I would be stuck in Peoria for days without a working car. I needed get to Virginia before law school started and was panicked that I wouldn't be able to make it in time. I had never been to Peoria, knew nobody within an 8-hour drive of the area, had no appointment with Uftring, and was desperate to get my car working ASAP. I relayed my personal crisis to the employees at Uftring. They immediately began evaluating my car. Several mechanics (Bruce, and a few others whose names I have forgotten) started working on it immediately (again, I had no appointment!). Everyone was incredibly kind. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got my car into working condition within an hour. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I got back into my car, ready to get back on my way to Virginia, when I realized that I had not received a bill for their work. I went back inside and asked for the charges. The mechanics at Uftring said there was no bill! I was floored at the generosity of the Uftring employees. They heard my issue, started working on it immediately, resolved it quickly, and then charged nothing for quite literally saving me. As a broke law student, this meant everything. As a human, this was one of those experiences that gives you a more positive outlook on the world -- one of those "strangers helping strangers" stories. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Uftring, and if you find yourself with car troubles in Peoria, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco (YES I GOT ONE - YAY!) from Uftring Ford. My salesperson was Kenyon Wurster. John Applen and Chris Caine assisted me day of sale. This trio went out of their way to help me get delivery of the very hard to get new generation Bronco and I couldn't be more pleased with the team for Uftring Ford. They took great care in ensuring quality communication. Kenyon would call when he had updates on the Bronco during the build process and welcomed phone calls from me. Upon delivery - John spent much needed time walking us through the new technology. Very informed! Chris, the finance manager, made the buying process easy and swift - and honest. They all made this very special, very big family purchase, very fun! They even gave my 9 year old a matchbox sized Bronco!

    Leann helped my husband and I find a car during a time, which I'm sure many of you are aware, where cars are not easy to find. Leann worked with us and was supportive, honest, clear, friendly, and just an overall pleasure to work with. We are so grateful that we decided to stop by the automall and will definitely be going back if we need another car. We were able to find a 2021 Subaru Forester and are in love with it.     I ordered a Bronco 14 months ago from uftrings auto mall. My salesman was Red and he did a great job answering my questions. When the vehicle finally arrived, I think he was as happy as I was. He had it ready for me when I arrived. He walked me through the process of the paperwork. The next person I worked with was Chris who had all of the financial paperwork ready for me. I think that this was the most pleasant experience I have had in buying a vehicle. I know that there are a lot of people in the background working with the vehicles and I appreciate all that they did also.

    I know at this time in history it is very difficult to not only purchase a vehicle but also trade one in. The whole process is mind blowing now. Uftring Ford was magnificent with helping me through this process from start to finish. Sarah Patrick was was terrific and had the patience of a saint with me.The whole sales team was awesome and the finance was a breeze and got me the best rate also. If you need a new or used vehicle definitely go see them today!

    I highly recommend dealing with Uftring Ford. In June of 2021 we ordered a new Ford Maverick through them and the whole process was exceptional. Brady Andrews was great to work with and my wife and I very happy with our new truck.
