Great location, walking distance to old town. Short to cab to Alhambra. Comfy rooms, great food, excellent front desk staff. Recommend!

Great well located hotel in the centre of Granada. Comfortable rooms with good wifi , friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast served in the central living area. Rooftop pool is a bonus and the 24hr hot chocolate machine ( also coffee) , was amazing!!

The hotel is located at a very convenient place, close to everything you’d want to see in Granda. Staff is excellent and welcoming. The interior of hotel gives you true feel of boutique. The breakfast is excellent & the staff takes care of you like family. Highly recommend to stay here.

We loved our stay and if we are ever back in Granada, we would stay there again. The staff was so pleasant and above & beyond helpful. Very clean - nice rooftop pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend (and tell them to make sure to opt in to breakfast!).

This hotel is a great option. We loved our stay. It is well equipped, clean comfortable and modern. It is also very easy to walk into the center and there is also a nearby taxi rank so it's super easy to catch a ride to the alhambra etc. I do wish the showers had hair conditioner and for the price some form of discount on parking, as it is available, but pricey (although I am happy we got it anyway).

An excellent boutique hotel with very good facilities with nice touches in a very central and convenient location to explore Granada. The staff are professional and very helpful with advice suited to clientele. The rooftop plunge pool and terrace is very nice and relaxing. Rooms with Juliet balcony, are very comfortable with a great bathroom are very presented and clean. The central enclosed courtyard area provides complementary coffee and the hot chocolate is to ‘die for’! A nice touch! Car parking is very good and the hotel reception communicated exact directions days prior to my stay to ease the journey by car. An excellent hotel with no negatives! Just excellent all round.

This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed in during our month in Spain. The hotel is beautiful, warm and very welcoming. Our guest room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a big bathroom and all modern conveniences. The dining room is lovely and breakfast very nice, with an order off the menu option for hot dishes, plus a large buffet of pastries, fruits, cereals and charcuterie. The front desk staff were extremely eager and helpful in recommending and arranging restaurant reservations and also Pati assisted us in securing a wonderful private guide for our day at the Alhambra. Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the location is wonderful, and the staff was perfect. I loved that they sent me messages ahead of time to set up a flamenco show and make sure I didn’t need anything else. The coffee bar and the lounge were lovely and the pool/rooftop a great space. Staff helped us solve problems with our train and we’re overall really great.

We stayed there two nights ago and the management and start could not have been more accommodating. They gave us great Sod to walk up to view the Alhambra. Great dining and flamenco recommendations. Sadly I became ill no fault of there’s. The called me a competent doctor. They checked in with me the next day as well. Beautiful spot in the heart of a great city.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The room and common areas were lovely - modern, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great, as was the 24 hour hot chocolate machine. I’m already missing it!

The repair is new which is plus but to stay in the room is impossible. There is no air at all. You can’t sleep in this environment. The windows from the room open to the breakfast hall. The breakfast has poor choices as well. The sink is in the room as well not in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel.

The cleaning service was very bad all the time , for such expensive room price we were expecting much better service and comfort in the hotel . One of the reception was not friendly at all Manolo was very friendly and professional

Hola!!.. Todo estupendo!!.. Trato, limpieza,sobre todo ubicación, muy céntrico y perfecto para desplazarse a todas partes desde el hotel sin tener que coger el coche. Especial mención para Marta en los desayunos, atenta a todo y siempre con una sonrisa.... De 10. Volveremos seguro!!

Hemos estado 4 días en este hotel. Recomiendo mucho solicitar habitaciones exteriores. Al principio nos asignaron una interior, dando al patio de los desayunos y es demasiado calurosa, con unas ventanas pequeñas que al abrirlas se oye mucho ruido de los desayunos, además al dar a un recinto cerrado, son un poco agobiantes. El precio de la habitación interior, en mi opinión, no se corresponde con su calidad. Las habitaciones exteriores mucho mejor. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención de todo el personal, de 10

Hôtel de charme bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé. L’hôtel est neuf avec un design très "cosy et confortable". Nous avons aimé prendre le café dans le patio, le personnel du restaurant est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Seul défaut, la propreté n'est pas parfaite.

Amazingly beautiful and sunny

I had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Granada. The room was well-sized ,clean, and neat. The rooms also had good quality soaps and shampoos by a brand called Rituals, which was a nice touch. They do have USB charging points near a table, though you may need to bring an international adapter for the plug points next to the bed which are European style plugs. The breakfast was good - there is a nice buffet and a good range of freshly made meals, including spanish omelettes and churros. There is also free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the same area throughout the day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The location is great, especially if you take the bus from the Granada airport. There's cafe's and restaurants nearby, and you're walking distance from most points of interest.

Superb location, walking distance to everything. Very clean throughout and the staff were the best we experienced in Andalucia. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of cold cuts etc and a menu to choose from for hot foods. Definitely recommend.

Conveniently located just off the main street in the downtown area, 5-10 mins walk to shopping, dinning and sightseeing. A new boutique hotel, not luxurious but very warm and welcoming. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate for hotel guests through out the day at the back lobby/lounge area. Staffs are helpful and nice. I have a late afternoon flight and wanted a late check-out and they gave me complementary late check-out until 2pm. Great service!
