We were waken up at 3AM by loud Spanish neighbours and unable to sleep because of them on our last day The continued despite being asked to calm down We had no other way to solve this as the hotel service is not available during the night For the price we paid, I am disappointed I will not come back again here for sure

Great experience staying at this property. Booking process was easy. The woman who checked us in was SUPER helpful and friendly, guiding us towards some highlights to see during our first trip to Granada. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Useful amenities were provided. We walked from the train station, which was an uphill adventure, but worth it! Location is in an interesting part of town with great views. Highly recommended.

Overall this is one of the nicest places I have stayed + more value for money spent. This is one of the hotels I wished I could have stayed for atleast an additional night to relax and explore Granada. Unit size - Pretty big including kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, nespresso. The unit was clean with enough spacing for storage Bed - Comfortable, clean including the sofa bed. Bath - good sized, clean with toiletries and towels included AC - operational and kept the room cool Staff and service - Very friendly, helpful and we were allowed to check out early+ leave our baggage in the storage space, car in the parking garage until late afternoon. The friendly lady at the front desk during our check in was helpful giving us suggestions for things to do including the sunset view, restaurant options and directions. Location - Beautiful, scenic but very narrow streets to drive and reach the hotel. Follow google maps if not you can get lost or stuck in a narrow street. The hotel blends in with the houses in the street so hard to spot unless one is paying attention. Luckily the lady at the front desk saw us searching for the address and guided us to the underground parking in one of the buildings nearby. We rented a medium SUV and were able to drive through the streets following the maps. We saw someone trying to drive through a narrow street close to the hotel and it was not the google maps direction. Luckily the front desk lady stopped them from driving further before getting the mirrors scratched and the car stuck in a youtube/tik tok famous situation. Close to the main areas including restaurants, cafes, public transportation, view points. It is a 30 minute walk to the Alhambra Palace but the walk is nice through the shopping area, cafes, view points before reaching the starting point for the walk up a slight elevated walkway. The sunset view points are within 15 minutes from the hotel.

One could almost run out of superlatives to describe the place, the team that runs the property and manages it. Located in the old part of Granada, its walking distance from all major attractions... be prepared to trek via the steps though. The hotel team's thoughtfulness is evident right from the start, be it directions, or the milk in the refrigerator, or the normally priced grocery items. Spic and span, clean interiors and such a wonderful patio to hang out and watch the sun set... have added a few pictures of the sunset too... Thank you Javier and team!

Great place in Granada. Nice view over looking the city from the terrace across the street and some rooms enjoy a part of this view. It was nice and quiet until work started happening around 730 am but it wasn't too bad. Central location but very tight driving and a little bit challenging to find. Signage in Granada is lacking in general and the roads are super narrow. If you've got a larger car I would avoid driving in this part of town.

The most beautiful hotel in the world! This hotel room for 4 people is so nice that it's better than my actual home. There are 3 bathrooms all with showers and 2 bedrooms with huge closets and lots of space. The bottom floor/living room is very spacious as well and has a little library and amazing furniture. And my favorite part, the balcony that makes you really feel like you're living in Europe. By far the best hotel I have ever been to.

Enjoyed our stay there a lot, view on the cathedral was lovely. If you're driving, the parking is just in the same building as the suites but the road is quite steep and narrow.

A great place to stay in Albaycin. Just be prepared to drive through very narrow streets if you take your car.

Beautiful and very well equipped apartments, with lovely views and very helpful receptionists. Super happy we chose this particular accommodation during our stay in Granada, thank you!

Great value in the heart of Granada. Reception was excellent. It was a challenge getting there by car and we succeeded with some preparation and guidance from the staff. Rooms and the hotel need sprucing up as they are no longer as fresh as the photos. They are clean and fully functional, to be sure, though I wouldn’t mind fluffier pillows.

The location is fantastic for seeing the delights of Granada, the staff are friendly and helpful, the apartment had everything that was described and they provided plenty of coffee, milk and other essentials plus to our surprise washing tablets so we could use the washing machine. Their restaurant next door with fabulous views over the city was a delight, but only serves lunch (until1900!).

Have you ever watched one of those documentaries about the apartment style prisons in Norway? Now is your chance to stay in one. Very Basic 2 level apartment with white everything and a couple splashes of wood to break it up. Comfortable, heated floors, kitchen with laundry. Amazing helpful staff, and the location is ideal. Don’t think you can walk to this hotel from the train station because it’s all uphill. Would recommend this place, there is so much to see in Granada you’ll hardly be there!

At first the pictures make it seem modern, lots of white and grey sofa etc but the reality is it needs some freshening up. I felt like I was staying at a dorm. The sofa is very used, stains on it, covered up by a white sheet to cover the most stains. The lighting makes you feel like you’re in a prison. The shower head is very loose and keeps jumping up, splashing the shower whole bathroom. What I did like is the bed was comfortable (after asking for 2 more pillows), on floor heating is nice, a little terrace, the Nespresso pods, cookies, hot chocolate etc. and the laundry machine (no dryer). I wanted to be on the historical part of Granada which is in the hills so I loved the location. Do not stay here if your have accessibility issues and definitely don’t try to walk there with you luggage. It’s all hills up and down. Staff was friendly, room to keep luggage if needed and they can call you a taxi if needed. Essentially I would stay again if the price was right.

No doubt the perfect place in Granada. Floor heating, free coffee + milk + cookies on arrival, comfy beds, friendly staff and parking on site (a bit tricky to get and to get in with a 2m high van but the instructions from the hotel are perfect). Location is unbeatable ✨quiet at night.

Loved this place. Well equipped. Wonderful staff at reception. Very quiet. However it's in the old part so you need a reasonable level of fitness to go up and down to the town

I was impressed with this place! All the comforts of home, and a great views. It is a little hard to get too in anything less then a small car if you are not used to mid age towns. The options to have groceries brought to your room at normal prices was awesome. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations for where to eat and have tapas. The bed was comfortable, place was very clean. It also was quiet and would be good for families or a romantic weekend for two.

They are on very hight and not have a proper road for taxi. Otherwise the hotel is very beautiful indeed and close to city center

Great place to stay in Granada...we had the penthouse suite for five of us...loads of space and very clean and well supplied, all facilites that I think anyone would need...and PARKING, which can be a nightmare in Granada....no restaurant inside, which we would have used...particularly as we were there in February...but lovely terrace outside with stunning views over the city. great views from the penhouse, small swimming pool, which my grandchildren were silly enough to get in, would be lovely in the summer. Easy walk down into town, not so easy coming back!..All in all, a great place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended it. I love the high ceiling and big windows in the room. And the kitchen with big fridge is awesome. Great location too, I will come back if I visit Granada again ☺️

Amazing location towards the top of the Granada hills over looking the city. Very close to the Alhambra and the apartment was very clean and well furnished. Would stay again!

Five stars, five stars, five stars! This place perfectly blends the service of a quality hotel with the privacy and self-directed experience of a rental apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and speak flawless English (if that's important to you), offering suggestions for where to eat, what to do, and how to get around, calling taxis as needed and just generally making everything as easy as possible. The "common space" (the courtyard) is gorgeous and the pictures online really don't do it justice. The room we stayed in was perfect for traveling with a baby (as we did) or another couple, as it is lofted and has a bed upstairs with a comfortable sleeper sofa downstairs. There was a washing machine inside the unit, with detergent provided and a drying rack, plus dishes and glasses in case you want to bring in food and not use plasticware/takeout containers. Immediately next door, and attached to the property, is a fantastic outdoor restaurant with a panoramic view of the city where I highly recommend doing at least one dinner. We were also able to buy a bottle of wine "to go" from the restaurant to enjoy on our private balcony. The place is truly a steal for the price, and I can't recommend it enough. The ONLY "downside" which is true of almost anywhere in the old city center is that as someone traveling with a baby, the hotel is up a very big hill paved entirely with cobblestones from the more modern "Christian" part of the city where several siteseeing attractions and most restaurants are located. In other words, it's not great if you need to use a stroller to get everywhere - you need a baby carrier and a lot of stamina, but it is well worth the effort!

Loved this place. I stayed in the room with a private balcony and a view. This is not a 5 Star hotel, it is an Apartment with all the amenities in the old section of Granada (up the hill). You can get to and from here via taxi and the staff is extremely helpful with all your needs. It is centrally located and very quiet and peaceful at night (unlike the bottom of the hill). They have a large list of items you can have delivered to your room and they provide the basic items such as soap, coffee, sugar, milk, dishes etc. There was a dishwasher and washing machine included along with a drying stand. The bed was comfortable though not overly soft. Bathroom and shower were adequate though not large or to small. I would recommend this for romantics and small families. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Really clever refurbished buildings. You feel that you are in a tiny hamlet but actually you are right in the old town with views of the cathedral. Well equipped, clean, friendly staff. Just don’t arrive in a big car as the streets are so so narrow in places. Deserves highest ranking possible.

Wonderful clean apartments, in a great location. The penthouse suite was well worth the money for the fantastic views & pool. The staff are very helpful. And you can buy food & drinks from the hotel which saved us going to a supermarket. If you're driving, I'd advise not taking a large car there, the streets immediately around the apartments are very narrow and winding!
