Love love love this place. They always go above and beyond for our Sliver Standard Poodle and he can be a hot mess to deal with. 😂 I would recommend them to anyone!!!! 5 stars is not enough stars for them!!!! Just want to give a huge thank you to the staff. Winston loves y’all.🥰

My fur-babies were outstanding when I picked them up! The were well groomed, smelled good, & surprisingly no shaved shedding! Also my babies didn't seem agitated, nor exhausted on the way home. No complaints here. Thanks so much to the friendly staff! They'll definitely be coming back!

Love this place for bathing and grooming. Some may cost less but with a lower price comes hot spots, yeasty coats from not being dry enough and a bevy of issues... plus they typically aren't as clean as when Paws does them. I highly recommend Paws!

Such a clean, professional facility, owned by the nicest people. Really organized with my dog's medicines. They offer bathing before the dogs leave, and did such an amazing job that both of my dogs still smell good two weeks later. Will definitely board again, and recommend to others.

Paws is the BEST!! I left my sweet Emmie girl for the first time with them for 8 days and they took immaculate care of her!! She was all clean and ready to go when I picked her up. I can’t recommend them enough!!

They groomed my Yorky and did an excellent job. She has back and hip problems and there was not a problem with that at all. She was not scared, and she loved her time there I highly recommend them.

The Paws Resort is the only place we would even consider leaving our senior dogs. The staff is great and an extra shout out to Mallory

I needed a boarding place for my dog that allowed weekend drop off. Paws came highly recommended. After several conversations with them, it was decided my dog would need a 'trial' stay ( she has separation anxiety) and that was fine. Took her for the day- no tour or offer of one, no paperwork to sign, nothing. Thought that was strange , but not alarming. When I picked her up, I was informed AT THAT TIME, that she had tried to get out of her 'room' and damaged the door and that I needed to pay for it. I did, bit it would have been nice to know of that possibility beforehand OR as soon as the incident occurred. The young lady was very nice though and stated my dog would be fine. At that time, paperwork was given to me and all final arrangements were made. This was Monday. On Tuesday, at end of business, I received a phone call that the 'manager ' decided my dog could not stay there. No explanation, no information- NOTHING. When I asked to speak with her, I was told that a message would be left and she would call me at her earliest convenience. That was more than a day ago and I have not heard anything. Had I been told on Monday that she didn't do well, I would have understood. I would have been sad, but I would have understood. THIS is not the way to do business. Family plans were completely affected by this sudden decision. I am so disappointed in this business as I had told several friends about this place. Well, I will also tell them all about how business is handled here. Poor customer service- no compassion at all.

We had a wonderful experience with boarding and grooming, plus a very accommodating staff. We will certainly return with Chewy. Highly recommend.

This was our first time to leave our pet here. We left him for 10 days. The staff was amazing! We had access to a camera to check on him as much as we wanted. His room stayed clean, fresh blankets everyday, and we saw interaction with the staff and our pet. They were so sweet to him and his tail was always wagging when they brought him back in from his outside time. That says a lot when you can tell he likes who Is taking care of him. And yes it will cost a little more than other boarding places but the comfort of knowing he was taken care of and loved is so worth it ! This will be my boarding choice from now on. 💖💖🐶
