I walked in and was greeted. The lady that did my specimen was also great. Everyone had great customer service. Honestly compared to all other Nova clinics i have visited, they are really the best. Great customer service goes a long way. Great job

This place was fast.! I was in and out with in 20min. For a random drug test. The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Place was clean. And the front desk girls where also friendly and helpful. Bilingual too.

The only reason this office received 3 stars is cause the staff there was great. But on the other hand the Doctor there is rude and his antisocial behavior will keep me from going there again. I’m will drive a few extra miles to another facility.

I had the sweetest most professional person to check me in and do my blood pressure. I can’t recall her name but kind is an understatement. Thanks for hiring caring people.

Staff upfront were nice … doctor on the other hand was just unfriendly a rude … didn’t even speak coming in the room

The people here don’t know how to read blood pressure manually because they don’t have no machines to read it so they just be guessing and it causes you not to be able to get ur D.O.T card even though you take medication and even if you ask for someone els to take it they play like they can’t get no one els because they don’t wanna feel embarrassed so take my advice go to another location

Been coming here since it opened a couple of years ago and even went to the older one that used to be on the feeder. People at the front desk were nice and very attentive and Selena helped me with my physical and she was outstanding!
