    I saw so many great reviews for this place, until I went there myself. I have NEVER written a review for anyone or any place, but this must be addressed. I went for my repair appointment on Sunday 05/28 for a broken screen that was fixed quickly and looked nice when finished. Once we left, I noticed my back camera and flashlight no longer worked. They had already closed for the day and the Monday following for Memorial day, so I scheduled an appointment for arrival between 5pm to 6pm Tuesday 05/30. When I arrived at 5:30, I sat in line for 30 minutes and when I had finally gotten to the front (remember; my appointment was scheduled for 5-6pm), they told me I would have to leave it overnight, which I cannot do for work purposes. When I had said that they had messed up my phone and it needed to be fixed immediately, I was told that they aren't going to go into overtime fixing the phone again until the manager was called and he had told them to just run a diagnostic and see what the issue is. I came back at 6:30 to be told that they had nothing to do with it breaking and that the camera was a software issue. I was also told the flashlight was a hardware issue, so both of those statements contradict each other. They told me that an electric short could have caused the items to quit working. The example I was given was putting a new transmission in an older car can cause a shortage, such as a NEW SCREEN ON THE PHONE. So when I had said that the new screen caused it, I was told "possibly, but there's nothing we can do." We spent $200 for a new screen that did more harm than good, and were told that it was not their problem. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager on 05/31, which never happened- really shows how eager you are to fix the customer issues with the business. Please be aware of the scam you may receive at this location. Very disappointed.

    They had my phone to replace a broken screen. They called me at the end of the day and told me that they had replaced the screen but apple servers were down and they couldn’t calibrate so they put the old screen back on. My screen is shattered, there is no way they put all the tiny pieces back on plus I had texts and alerts that would have reset if they had even opened my phone. They are liars and had. My personal information, which I will be changing. They called so late that it is too late for me to go anywhere else. They said I could come back tomorrow. My guess is that they overbooked and couldn’t handle the work. Never go here, worst service ever.

    BEWARE DON'T GO HERE. POOR REPAIRS DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS There's damage to my rear cameras on my s23ultra idk if the repairman was eating something while repairing my phone but there's particles of food or something behind the lenses and the lenses look discolored and damaged I wouldn't recommend this place UPDATE the back glass that had to be removed for the screen replacement is now coming off of my phone the screen repacement was also done poorly the cutout for the front camera on the phone screen is off centered there's also where warping around the edges of the screen I would save your hard earned money and go elseware to have repairs done on your phones

    Quick and easy. I broke the screen on my brother's Samsung a10e, accidentally of course. They got me in this morning and it was fixed in less than an hour. They told me it could take up to an hour and a half, so I was thrilled it was done sooner. They are an authorized Samsung repair shop which meant we got Samsung parts. They were professional and very helpful. Also, quite a bit cheaper than other places I had called. Definitely would go back if I needed to fix another phone or tablet.

    Turned In my iPhone X and was told 2-3 hours then got a call 2 hours later saying it wasnt fixed and that they didn’t have any phone screens for my phone. Waste of time and overpriced went to a place in kingwood and got the same repair for 40$ less

    Most wonderful people ever! They fixed my Fold3 in just a few hours. You need to come for all your electronic repairs. They are the same price, same day service. I can't say enough about Stephen and Box! They were kind, respectful, and handsome (lol)! I will definitely be back. Home Plus is a bargain! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

    Had a horrible experience with an employee named "Box" after a repair. They replaced my screen under Samsung care+ and got paid big bucks by Samsung, and then phones internet/data stopped working. After a week of back and forth with T-mobile trying to figure things out I returned to UbreakitIfixit and BOX immediately told me there is nothing they could do, it wasn't his fault and to get a new phone through Care+. I spent hours dealing with Care + and Samsung tech support. Samsung tech support recommends resetting the entire phone, so I proceeded to back up the entire phone. During this time, I spoke with the manager of the Ubreak location- Enrique. He was informative and helpful. He did everything he could to help me out, and I informed him the next day during a follow-up call that the phone works perfectly after a full reset. He was very apologetic and informed me that he was working with his Samsung representative to try to get my issue resolved. Either way, all is good now after a simple phone reset-small software issue was the entire issue.

    Called day before and if they could replace. My battery Sure we can bring it in at 10. It was ani6apple. Nothing wrong with phone just needed new battery leave it for 2 hours got a call saying your phone doesn’t work anymore we don’t know what happened. All I wanted was the batter replaced. I would not use the people again No I’m sorry we messed up your. Phone or nuthing. Really a let down

    I scheduled an appointment the night before on their website. Show up at 2 pm the next day just to be told that they don't have my screen available. Why would you not check your inventory before I arrive and call to let me know you don't have the part?!?! That's the whole point of setting an appt is to avoid wasting my time on an unnecessary drive. The excuses the guy at the desk made just made things more frustrating. I'll go elsewhere for my repairs.

    Called this location and the guy tried to up sell me on changing my charging port for $100 when all it needs is to be cleaned. He didn’t ask any questions. Last time I was here they cleaned the charging port for $20 a year ago. Mind you the guy answering the phone had not even looked at my phone to see if a clean would resolve the issue. He went straight to the charging port needing to be replaced. I wasn’t born yesterday and don’t appreciate trying to dig deeper into my pocket. Shady.

    Originally had scheduled to have a screen replacement at this location, I called to check if they had same day availability, a time frame for install,or another location that could help me. The associate chose to hang up instead of helping at all and answering my question.

    Carlos did an excellent job on what we thought was irreparable. Not to mention the excellent customer service from Tony H. We will definitely be returning to their location for the other repairs we have. If you need service to your devices look no further. Nothing like exceeding expectations and having great service to match. Thanks Guys

    Thanks Enrique, You Rock. I just drove an hour and a half to B.B. after speaking to their phone service, and explaining my issue. (Cord not charging phone) They sent me to a location near you. Only to be told, they don't cover warranty items and I would have to pay for the service and order parts. (They told me on the phone that it was covered and they would fix withen 2 hours). I left there upset, as I am on vacation and didn't have time for them to order parts. I found your store, you looked at the phone and said, hold on, went in the back, 3 minutes later you came back and said. There was just a piece of debris in the port, and cleaned it, here you go. You're awesome, thanks again.

    I am done with these people! This is not the first bad experience I have had with them and it's not just this location. It has involved the Woodforest and Baytown locations. If you have an insured flagship phone fine you probably need to preservere through their poor customer service but if you're looking for service on a less expensive phone go elsewhere. A kind customer took pity on me after I showed up for an appointment I made with the model I specified and they did not have the parts and gave me a recommendation for RB mobile.. They also would not call other stores to find the parts and after an hour of me searching for the parts I took the customers advice and went to RB Mobile who had me in and out in thirty minutes and $40 less for a phone working perfectly for my son.

    Kind, professional service, completed in under 1.5 hours (cracked screen replacement)… upsold me for re-sealing the phone and cleaning ports and speakers for $30. I’m not sure that I can tell a difference there, but the screen looks great!

    There is no need to make an appointment. I had scheduled a 0900 appointment, I went to the counter and was told I had to wait. Behind two other people, the second was waited on before me, he walked in right before I did, and was looking for a screen for his phone. He was there because another shop told him to try this shop. So they take you as you walk in, not because you took the time to schedule an appointment. So don't waste your time with the goofy scheduler just walk in. They are not that busy anyway.

    I arranged an appointment to get my Samsung Note 9 phone repaired. I had broke the screen a couple days before. I went in and Carlos noted that I was there on a normal repair appointment. He asked if I had insurance, which I did, and he suggested that I contact the insurance carrier. He informed me the cost of the repair, if covered by the insurance would be less than an 1/8 of what it would cost me to pay for it myself. He even went and got me the number. He also inspected the phone to make sure the screen was the only item damaged, so I could file properly - which was the case. I open a claim the next day, got back online to schedule a service appointment. The only one available was 6:00 PM. I called the store and Carlos told me that since I had the claim filed, to just bring the phone right in (it was about 1:10 PM at this point), and they would get right on it. We had also gotten a claim for my wife's phone, for the same type of screen issue. Brought them both in about 3:00 and they were both ready before 5:00. Spectacular service, professionalism, and concern for the value for the customer. I will never go anywhere else for any electronic repairs.

    Took my phone to get my cracked screen fixed at the humble location. After I picked my phone up, the screen was fixed but my phone was malfunctioning, would not charge, turned off and on every 2 minutes. Brought it back there and was told they didnt know what was wrong with it and couldnt help me until I filed another insurance claim. Filed another claim and brought the phone to the spring location instead becuase Humble had already looked at it and said they "didnt know what was wrong with it". Spring location immediately told me that it was very obvious that whoever repaired the screen damaged the motherboard and that it was unfixable and gave me information to get me a new phone. Avoid bringing your devices to the humble you break i fix, horrible service, damaged my phone and wouldnt nut up to tell me about it. Spring location was honest and helpful.

    Recently took my PlayStation 4 Pro and it was worked on by Carlos and Box. Needed the thermal paste replaced along with a new HDMI port. I couldn’t have been happier with the results! Fantastic customer service and kind people. Besides, their work is covered! Will definitely use this location again! Thank you guys!

    Went online pulled a quote for this place before arriving the quote was for THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION, when you go to pull a quote they have you plug in your device type, brand and repair needed, I needed my cells screen replaced, I was going to pay out of pocket no insurance, it quoted me 297... I arrived at location and was talking to the man there and he taps on his computer and says it will be 330... I told him that I went online and now there was a 30 dollar difference... why did he proceed to tell me, first that it was not for that location, then when I proved other wise and pulled the quote again showing THEIR location he said the Internet was wrong... I was in disbelief... I did not get the service there went to CPR instead... so if you get an online quote before you go be prepared to PAY MORE and be told that the internet is wrong... he should of done the right thing and honored what THEIR SITE AND THEIR LOCATION quoted me and I wouldn't have to warn others about them. Do better.

    This specific UbreakIFix location is operated by technicians who are unknowledgeable, and will lie to you. They damaged my phone, and would not fix the speaker until I filed another insurance claim. I filed another insurance claim, and brought my phone to the Houston location. The Houston Technicians immediately stated the motherboard was damaged, and irreparable by whoever did the first repair. They provided me with the contact information to get another phone. Please be weary of the technicians and staff at the humble/atascocita location.

    I had a iPad Pro that if not for the awesome customer service of this store suggesting the Asurion Home + plan I would have spent over a $1000 to get fixed, but because of their help I only spent a couple hundred. They are quick, great at communication of timeframe, and perfect explanation of repairs needed. I would recommend this repair shop over and over again.

    Imagine accidentally hitting your phone with a 9 iron. Funny but true and terrible too. My father in law had 3 years of daily pictures of his wife on the phone before she passed from an illness. He didn't realize the pics were not being backed up. The phone would not power on and the screen shattered so bad it was white. Neither T-Mobile or I could recover them. This uBreakiFix location managed to recover all the pics as well as his contacts! We are all very thankful!
