If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been waiting to see Dr Chou, the endocrinologist, for a month! At the time I made my appointment I specifically asked the person making my app. If they took my insurance, which she said yes. Yesterday someone called to confirm my appointment, I missed the call. I called back and spoke to someone to confirm. I even asked for the fax information to get my medical records faxed over to the Dr. for his review and no one said a thing. Today I arrive for my appointment and they tell me oh we’ve been trying to get in touch with you. We don’t take your insurance. Excuse me?!?! I’ve been waiting to see this Dr for a month, I took off work/ training for a new job, and I even spoke to them yesterday and no one said a thing! I did not receive any voice mails from them, they said they called me about 20 times, which they absolutely DID NOT! Just stay away from this medical group if you can. They don’t respect people’s time, they are super unorganized, and they lie to their patients! I’m not sure who’s back there pretending that they are working, but they need to do better! I deserve better care and so do you! Shame on you Wellspire Atascocita and whomever represents Dr Brian Chou!

Been here for over an hour and still have not seen the dermatologist. When I asked the status of the derma the answer I receive is she will be with you momentarily. Why even have appointments if you all cannot keep the times scheduled.

I’m a new patient to this practice and was scheduled over a month ago for testing at the Humble location for this morning at 9 am. I received two email reminders in recent weeks stating my testing is at the Humble location. I arrived at the Humble location this morning at 8:45 and was told that the testing location was moved 3 weeks ago to Memorial Herman Northeast location. I told receptionist that I was never notified of the location change. She insisted that all patients were called and informed of the change. I never got a call, no voicemail, and no email other than those stating the Humble location. I ended up late to the new location. Then, I check in at the new location and I am informed that I have a substantial copay for my testing, of which I was never informed. In all my years of dealing with doctor offices any time there is a copay greater than $100, it’s normal practice to contact the patient and inform them that insurance was verified and what they copay will be on the day of service. Needless to say that my experience with this practice this far is less than acceptable in regards to front office customer service.

A couple of my neighbors recommend Wellspire. I’m so unhappy with many aspects of my new patient experience. It’s dang near impossible (or takes forever) to talk to an actual human there. The patient portal is not working, after talking to live people and the online chat help. Every time I call the machine says their texting system is down (for the past 2 months). The doctor I saw was abrasive, rushed and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I’m Not a Karen I promise, I just had high hopes after hearing the glowing reviews. West Lake Houston location

The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses at Wellspire Medical are amazing. They are the best of the best. The wait times are phenomenal, I am always easily able to schedule an appt in the time I need it and their knowledge in addressing my concerns is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have referred all of my friends and family to them. I've gone to them for over 20 years and hate to see a bad review based on someone's one time experience, maybe they hired a new person that was still learning or maybe the office had an off day. I can say first hand after all of these years that they are consistent in putting the needs of their patients first and will always address any concerns you bring to their attention. They are top notch!

Very SNEAKY business practices!!! I didn’t know until today that I was paying $90.00 just to have blood drawn at this doctors office. They hire a different company to do this, which your nurse could do and be included in your copay. But because they hire out a different company to do this I thought the $90.00 was my copay, turns out it was just how much I was paying for them to take my blood. I have never had something like this at another doctors office. It is unnecessary extra expense that patients have to pay out of pocket just because they don’t want to pay their nurses to do it. I will be looking for a different Doctors Office from now on. Be aware of this extra charge you will get out of pocket if you have blood drawn and labs done with them.

I should have listened to my gut and stayed with my original doc (even though they don’t take my insurance). When a woman has a radical hysterectomy (uterus, cervix and ovaries completely gone) she is literally thrown into menopause. Also when a person was previously on two separate meds for a thyroid condition yet their labs come back as completely normal and is considered pre-menopausal???!!! How in the heck does a person get an estrogen level of normal when they have no ovaries?! What a joke! I’ll just pay out of pocket and go back to the original doctors who did their jobs correctly and never come to wellspire ever again. - you all went to school for 8+ years, so act like you know more than flipping Google!

Poor communication all the way around. The 1st year was good but it can’t get any worse than what I have received lately. When you call to let them know what’s going on you’re just passed around until unable to leave a message. Patient text and portal routinely down also. I’m done.

I have seen Dr. Moss for a few years now, and she’s great! However, they sent my lab work to a lab that is out of network, so I got a bill. My doctor appointment was in July and got a bill with the due date of August 29, 2020. I called their office right away spoke to billing as well as her medical assistant and they would “get back to me.” I called back repeatedly since they never called back and always got their voicemail. I left several messages, but they never got back to me. So I went in person on September 2nd since the bill was now past due and spoke to the office manager, Valentina. She said that she would talk to her boss, but basically there is nothing they could do since it was already processed. So now, I’m stuck with a bill, when it was their fault! Their billing person DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!! Besides the fact that they made a mistake, what really frustrates me is that they did not own up to the mistake or even offer to fix it!! To me, this is INSURANCE FRAUD. They are now cozy with a new lab company and send their business there, regardless if the patient’s insurance will cover it. The patient is left to foot the bill. I wonder how many other people they have screwed over?? I should point out that they had the option to send it to Quest Diagnostics, the lab company that is covered by my insurance, but THEY CHOSE to send it elsewhere. I really loved seeing Dr. Moss, but their office staff has made me lose faith in their office. I will be changing to a new doctor.

Dr. Chao is an Endocrinologist in Atascocita, TX and I had been waiting three months to get in for a new patient appointment. I was not at all curious as to why after my appointment. The staff from front desk, Nurse, and checkout were all wonderful and the Doctor was so knowledgeable and spent as much time as I needed answering questions to help me understand medical stuff. The waiting area was set up super user friendly for either work tables, chairs with access to a TV or chairs in a more private setting to complete my paperwork with no distractions. The wait time after I was in a patient t waiting room waiting for the doctor was perfect and the time I spent with my doctor beyond exceeded my expectations and hopes. Overall I was just blown away by the Wellspire group and look forward to future visits.

Dr. Chow was great. He took the time to connect with me and offered great life style improvements to help me become a healthier person. Even though I am in my 70's he treated me like I still have some intelligence. He did not talk down to me nor was his manner dismissive. He is a great endocrinologist who spoke to my "overall" wellbeing. I truly appreciated the time he spent with me.

Very unreliable. For the second time my appointment had been canceled because the NP is a no show. Last time I was waiting for an hour in the lobby to find this out. I think it is time to find a new health provider.

My 1st dr visit was Nov this year saw the dr got X-rays a few days after seeing the dr. Then had an MRI on the 1st of Dec. and dr still hasn’t received the results. When I went to get the MRI they didn’t have the order for the MRI took over an hour for the hospital to get the order and had to reschedule. Here we are 2 weeks after MRI and I’ve tried calling to get an appointment. When I call they take forever to answer then put you on hold for over 10 minutes still can’t get anyone to give me an appointment. I sent a message via the patient portal this past Monday and still nothing. Worst office I’ve ever been to.

I have been a going to get Dr. Diaz for about 13 years or more. I have many issues with my health for which I see. Dr Diaz takes time to ask how I'm doing on those issues as well. As long as he's a Dr. I'll be see him.

The staff was professional, caring and easy to communicate with about my concerns. My office visit was prompt and I did not have a long waiting period. The doctor, was reassuring and made me feel comfortable as a patient .

Nice office, very clean and well maintained. Staff is always courteous and competent. Dr. Diaz is nice and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. I mean, I still hate going to the dr as much as the next guy, but they make it as easy on me as they can.

Dr. Ferinetti is just great. She addressed all the questions my son asked gracefully and objectively. She always assessed me with precise information and options to take care of his knee pain. The nurse was very nice and explained what was going to done to my son. I am very pleased with her and her team. Good job!

Went upstairs to try to schedule appointment was given a card to call to set one up. Called and was told I can’t set up and appointment because i have Medicaid but my Primary is Cigna. I literally work in the same building as them it shouldn’t be that hard to get an appointment.

Grateful I found the right Doctor. I recently experienced an unfortunate incident. However, my doctor was patient and proactive to my situation. I received the help and information I needed. I am hopeful I will recover to my original condition. Thank you Dr. Ikpeama!

🫤 This is the first time I have ever received bad service. I was not pleased at the fact that I sat in the room for approximately 30 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in after sitting at the desk just talking with the other staff. 👍👍 Dr. Stuart was a rock star. He quickly identifies connections to problems that we didn’t know connected. My elbow problem was caused by my shoulder and my wrist. And he fixed it quickly. So personable and friendly. Wish I had a reason to go back!!

😠 If I could I would give this front desk staff a zero star rating. I schedule my doctor’s visit more than a week in advance. I receive a call the day before my visit after the store had closed. The lady at front desk left a voicemail saying that they will not be accepting new patients after 4pm? I ha...

😠 Nice clinic..however, I feel like my health concerns were not taken seriously by the provider. And we’re brushed off.
