I
have
seen
Dr.
Moss
for
a
few
years
now,
and
she’s
great!
However,
they
sent
my
lab
work
to
a
lab
that
is
out
of
network,
so
I
got
a
bill.
My
doctor
appointment
was
in
July
and
got
a
bill
with
the
due
date
of
August
29,
2020.
I
called
their
office
right
away
spoke
to
billing
as
well
as
her
medical
assistant
and
they
would
“get
back
to
me.”
I
called
back
repeatedly
since
they
never
called
back
and
always
got
their
voicemail.
I
left
several
messages,
but
they
never
got
back
to
me.
So
I
went
in
person
on
September
2nd
since
the
bill
was
now
past
due
and
spoke
to
the
office
manager,
Valentina.
She
said
that
she
would
talk
to
her
boss,
but
basically
there
is
nothing
they
could
do
since
it
was
already
processed.
So
now,
I’m
stuck
with
a
bill,
when
it
was
their
fault!
Their
billing
person
DID
NOT
DO
THEIR
JOB!!
Besides
the
fact
that
they
made
a
mistake,
what
really
frustrates
me
is
that
they
did
not
own
up
to
the
mistake
or
even
offer
to
fix
it!!
To
me,
this
is
INSURANCE
FRAUD.
They
are
now
cozy
with
a
new
lab
company
and
send
their
business
there,
regardless
if
the
patient’s
insurance
will
cover
it.
The
patient
is
left
to
foot
the
bill.
I
wonder
how
many
other
people
they
have
screwed
over??
I
should
point
out
that
they
had
the
option
to
send
it
to
Quest
Diagnostics,
the
lab
company
that
is
covered
by
my
insurance,
but
THEY
CHOSE
to
send
it
elsewhere.
I
really
loved
seeing
Dr.
Moss,
but
their
office
staff
has
made
me
lose
faith
in
their
office.
I
will
be
changing
to
a
new
doctor.
