Krista Baldini is one of the most expert, trained and spiritually prepared Iyengar Yoga teacher in the world. She “feels” her students’ souls, she gets to know each student’ body and every asana becomes “my own asana”. Every single class is a bless for the spirit and the body. I am forever grateful for what she has taught me and for what she continues to teach.

While I was on vacation, I had the privilege of meeting Krista and doing an hour session of yoga. I was blown away of how I felt after! I was new, and energetic afterward. I’m so happy I was able to go and recommend to tourists and locals!!!!

Me encanta que no necesito llevar nada, ahí tienen todo el material que se requiere. Es un instituto muy completo ya que tienen Yoga Iyengar, Kundalini y terapia de Cuencos

Excelente lugar. La maestras te enseñan con mucha paciencia, están sumamente capacitados y te cuidan mucho para evitar lesiones. Cuentan con mucho material de apoyo, las instalaciones siempre limpias, el trato es excelente y el ambiente es increíble. GRAN LUGAR 🧘‍♀️✨
