So I took a risk and wanted to try a different nail salon in Athens. After lots of researching, I decided to go with Universal Nails based on the high ratings and website. Usually I’m the type of person who likes to stick to one place but the nail salon I was going to I was starting to get unpleased of the service. I am very pleased with the service I got here, the people were very kind, patient and friendly! Jack did my nails and he did an outstanding job, even when I needed a correction he did not hesitate to fix it for me. I didn’t feel pressured or that I was overpaying which is a big plus being a college student! If you all haven’t tried this place yet, I would stop by! Thanks again Jack and Universal Nails! ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best sets I’ve ever gotten done! I’m usually nervous about certain nail techs doing my nail designs, but Jack at Universal Nails is the best! I got a gel set on my real nails after having acrylic. Perfect spooky season set!

Only place I could find near me that could accomplish "crazy designs", and I did my research. The music is diverse, and I love it. Was a "regular" customer somewhere else, but definitely switching over to this place from now on! As a bonus as well, the staff is very friendly, always making sure you're comfortble! Even offered coffee (huge coffee addict here!) You can tell they work hard, and take pride in their work. Love this place!

I went to universal nails Thursday & I have officially found my forever nail girl / place! I was immediately greeted at the door! & Quickly sat down. I was sat with Taylor & she was amazing! So polite ! Had conversation with me ! & listened to any of my questions ect of how I wanted my nails ! I told her what I wanted & she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. I overheard all the staff having great conversations with other customers & asking if they like the nails ect each step of the way! This is an amazing nail salon with great prices ! I was looking for a nail salon in Athens and I came across universal nails and they had great reviews so I decided to give them a try . They all was very very nice and professional , Jack did my nails and omg he did an amazing job and I’ll definitely will be returning they definitely deserve more than 5 stars ❤️❤️

Gina did an amazing job! One of the best manicures I’ve received. I normally get gel x nail extensions, but tried the gel builder and love it so much more than acrylic. She did an amazing job shaping and smoothing down.
