Slum Lord! Outdated apartments that are over priced. The landlord will threaten you and stalk you at your home if you request maintenance. He manages his own properties so there is no one to complain to until you call the police! Do not move here or at Pursley Court apartments, he owns them both.

Run down, and over priced apartments. Horrible maintenance on properties. And the Property manager is without a doubt a racist (Ms. Marylynn). We experienced leaks and broken AC, that we ended up having to pay for and never was reimbursed. Rent went from $720 to $945 in the same year (Never heard of that in my life). Horrible experience there I would tell my worst enemy to move there. Also experienced homeless people who were squatting in the public laundry station on numerous occasions, nothing was done about it.

Landlord is a flake and doesn't try to keep up with repair requests or your rent payments. Otherwise it's a quaint and quiet place to live with thick walls and gated area in the private courtyard

It's a beautiful complex with a sense of community that needs a new landlord. Invest in an historical building. Become part of a community! Buy the building.

A place to retire, quiet and close to Downtown.
