Fast delivery, but even though I paid for a/c installation, the crew came 10 day after I got delivery of the a/c, just to refuse to do the installation, because they came with half equipment and I didn’t want them to drill new holes in my apartment. Their “partner” that refused to perform the already paid installation called me the next day to ask additional €100 to return and finish the job, even though I already paid Media Markt for the installation. I have called the Media Markt 10 times to explain the problem, and the are always politely replying the they will call me back. Zero interest into solving the problem

Price are not cheap, staff obviously lack motivation and training, the cashier does not know how to handle a payment by international credit card. I suggest that this Germany company should learn how to better serve the Greek customers or maybe it does not care at all...

I ordered a refrigerator and two air condition units on the 16th of November 2022. I took them 2 weeks to deliver, another week to install them and now it's been a week I've been waiting for them to collect the old air condition units. I've been calling them every day and the only answer I get is "wait". Worst experience ever, never order anything from them.

I bought laundry, paid extra insurance but when I requested maintenance said not included. I have to pay 250 euro. Very disappointed.

Got our new refrigerator from there LG. Thus far, very good. Wished for more discount, but everyone does. They did fine for us. We have purchased several things from there and so far happy.

Excellent customer service. I'm impressed! Good variety of products. They can do even better on that.

The woman who helped us buy a vaccum should get a huge raise! I wish I remember her name but she was so professional and calm! She’s amazing! Anyway, for now everything is fine with the products we bought.

So practical to have Media Mark close by.
