For the amount of money I paid for the apartment, it was highly disappointing. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. There are barely any utensils and pots for cooking (we stayed 3 weeks). The apartment is noisy: the windows are not insulated enough for the amount of noise from the streets of Kolonaki. Honking cars and roaring motorcycles day and night (which makes sitting outside on the balcony unpleasant except early Sunday morning). The kitchen is tiny and old. Master bathroom shower water pressure is pitiful. There are hardly any hangers in the wardrobes. I ordered cleaning service but the maids never showed up! When we arrived, the master bathroom air conditioner (which is ancient and should have been replaced long ago), was leaking water inside the room. Upstreet did send a repair man immediately. But this should not have happened in the first place. On the plus side, the apartment has a lot of light.

Our stay at the two bedroom plaka residence was outstanding. The house is fully equipped with every detail you could possible need or want! We loved the location! Close walking distance to anything you want to visit in the center! Also, you can walk to the metro to visit other cities in Athens! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is peaceful and enjoyable! I loved everything about the house! Book your stay here and you will enjoy every minute!

Spent 8 nights in the Plaka apartment and everything was perfect. The location is great and the apartment is well furnished with everything you need and comfortable high quality furniture and bedding. You can tell the place is managed by professionals who have done this before. The self check in was easy and they let us check in early without a hassle. My only advice would be to include some instructions for the washing machine and stove top since they are different from other countries and when you Google instructions they come in Greek which is very hard for us mere mortals to understand. All in all one of the better vacation rentals we have ever had and as digital nomads we have stayed in a bunch.

Warning! We were robbed at this place. It was a nightmare!! Please, by absolutely any means consider to stay at this place!! We had planned to stay for nine nights and in the meanwhile to make some short trips while being in Athens. Unfortunately, we were robbed when we went to Crete. Nobody forced the door, clearly someone with the door password entered and stole a very valuable belongings. When we came back from our first trip at 11 pm, the flat was a mess; we immediately contacted the company: “Upstreet”, but they never responded. It was 11 pm. They answered our messages until almost 12 hours later. They left us alone. we had to look for a hotel at that time. When finally Upstreet contacted us, they offered to pay the two remained nights we did not used; this meant only the 10% of everything we spent and lost as a consequence of this very unfortunate event. Watch out, this company has other flats in Athens, if you care about your safety keep away from these people!!

Our stay at ATHO94 was wonderful. Fabulous location to explore Athens with great dining options within walking distance. The apartment was spacious with the 3rd bedroom being perfect for our 1 year old. Everything was very clean when we arrived but the rug in the living room needs to either be replaced or given a good cleaning as evidenced by our 1 year old's legs and feet getting very dirty after crawling around on the rug. I did mention this to the management and expect they will attend to this as they were very response to all other correspondences.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Palaio Faliro Apartment. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, offering all the amenities we required. While we had a fantastic experience overall, having a few additional kitchen utensils would have made it even better. Throughout our stay, Upstreet showed unwavering support and accommodation for our needs and wishes.

Apartment was ok some initial problems: apartment not ready when we arrived and had to wait quite a few hours , fridge was full of ice and the next day somebody entered the apartment and without telling us switched off the fridge , for this reason we came back home ad found kitchen floor flooded and the food in the freezer was not usable anymore . They should have told us !For this reasons we received a compensation of half a day ( 30 euro) . After this initial problems the rest of the stay was generally ok with the exception of some days with very noisy neighbors that decided to party at 2’ at night and were very noisy and slamming doors at night. Luckily this guys stayed only for 3 days (we stayed a month in total) .
