"I have a family." Third time I lined up to get my stuff - 4 things - since mid-December. The whole order held up because they can't get the one thing I really wanted, which was guitar strings, which I got anyway from Nakas because.. they couldn't fulfil the order. So why put it on your site then? Because of that I missed Christmas presents for MY family (whoever was in charge tonight closed the shutters in my female face and on some 5 or 6 other men waiting to get their parcels - at 20.45, after telling people in the line up he wouldn't serve anymore because they closed at 8.30pm. "It's on the site." Excuse me? And what does the time say on this map here? Why, 9pm. He said "look at the site" and laughed, saying what's on the map doesn't matter. Well Mr "I have a family", it's your company, your site "katastimas" are in a sub menu after scrolling to the bottom, and it's easier to search "eshop syngrou", and this one pops up. But back to shutting the door on customers while saying "I have a family." Erm, we don't? Boo flippin' hoo to you. There were at least 3 people in there. They could've hustled for the few people waiting in the line, who were as irate as I was, and should've been given their parcels. I am so angry, after going and waiting THREE TIMES IN A LINE UP and sent away empty-handed, for an order that STILL isn't fulfilled, after getting no response to a phone call or email, and then getting a text weeks later, telling me I have to pick up within a few days, by the 8th?! No. You deliver to me now, on your shout, or REFUND. Because these guys, who showed us such contempt and "have a family," are clowns.

Great products, good prices. This is not a shop where you can just browse products on display, buy them and go. You either go there to order or pick up an order you've placed online. Wish service was a bit faster when collecting an order, but seems to be inevitable--they look understaffed compared to the amount of clients they serve. They now offer payment via card while picking up your order.

there is no shop just an office with a person who tells you that he can order online... you might as well do it at home I don't understand the purpose of this shop other than to mislead us

Friendly staff, really appreciate the professionalism and enthusiasm from their part. sometimes parking is somehow a little bit difficult to find but in general , it's 5/5 from me definitely. Near bus stop also ( easy access from the centre or neighboring suburbs)

the kallithea pick-up point for the online orders from e-shop trading company. The queue is often short and the staff helpful.

Have been using E-Shop since its very first days. The service was always on point, fast and extremely reliable. I never had a complaint.
