customer
experience,
even

Dominos
standards.
Made
an
order
which
was
uploaded
to
arrive
in
30min.
35min
later
I
try
to
figure
out
where
my
order
is,
turns
out
I
was
supposed
to
“confirm”
my
order
via
an
email
I
never
received.
I
kept
getting
told
I
put
my
phone
number
in
wrong,
which
I
did
not,
it
is
clearly
an
issue
with
their
registration
system.
Even
with
a
hotel
name
and
address,
if
they
don’t
have
a
number
they
just
won’t
confirm
and
start
your
order.
30min
after
that
I
get
a
call
explaining
again
what
the
issue
was
and
AGAIN
being
told
I
put
my
phone
number
in
wrong
and
that
my
order
would
take
another
20min.
30min
after
THAT
call
I
finally
get
a
msg
from
the
delivery
guy
that
he
will
be
there
in
13min,
ended
up
longer
than
15.
From
start
to
finish
it
took
almost
2
hours
for
a
pizza
that
is
advertised
to
be
delivered
within
30min.
Customer
support
was
rude
and
sharp
and
offered
nothing
as
consolation
for
the
poor
customer.
Eventually
they
offered
a
free
chocolate
pie
for
the
inconvenience.
The
delivery
guy
was
the
best
part
of
the
whole
exchange,
very
friendly
nice
guy,
the
only
reason
this
is
2
stars
instead
of
one.
Pizza
in
the
end
was
standard
Dominos.
Good
quality,
warm
on
arrival.

If
you
order
from
here
online,
make
sure
to
call
right
after
to
“confirm”
your
order
or
it
won’t
come.
