For an amazing motorcycle experience Mr. Vagianelis and his son are the ones to provide you the best machines in all of Athens. They suggested a ride through the mountains north would be the thing to do. We rented 3 motorcycles, a GS 1250, and 2 R18's. All 3 bikes were in top shape and well maintained. For you the passenger, the GS 1250 was very comfortable. All the bikes handled amazingly through the mountain rodes and around the hair pin turns. We rode to Delphi then to Thermopolis through the mountain roads. The views are amazing and worth stopping for a view pictures. If you are coming to Greece, this place is where to go to get a great bike to ride and explore the coastline to the mountain tops! Can't wait to get back here to go on another ride on the GS 1250! We rented three BMW GS1250's. The bikes were perfect: almost new, well maintained and with all the useful options. The service was great, thanks to Mina and George. Recommended!! And great riding in Greece. Will be back.

We rented online a GS 1250 for week: Our experience with Vagianelis was extremely positive: - after arrival from our flight from Germany we were welcomed with refreshing drinks - our representative Mina was very kind and organized the paperwork fast and professional - Mina was extremely friendly and spoke very good English - the owner Mr. Vagianelis and also his son were also very friendly and nice - we received a clean and in best condition GS1250 with only 6.200 km - the introduction to the bike was very professional - the GS worked fine during our trip of 1.000 km - we were offered support and could contact Mina during our trip for recommendations - the final charge was fair and without any surprises Overal we had a very good experience with renting a motorbike from Vagianelis and we will come back. The team is competent and Mina a wonderful helpful employee.

I had such a great experience renting from this shop that I returned for buying my own motorcycle (BMW CE 04). The sales department was very knowledgable and organised and made each step of the process a breeze for me. The customer service was excellent as always and the shop premises were spacious and clean. I loved how the bikes were displayed on the two floors of the shop, and all the guidance I received to meet my needs and close a good deal. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a motorcycle in Athens.

I am not a BMW owner. My son is. Having an old G650 X Country, with a serious gear box issue, we visited various BMW repair shops. We couldn’t find a solution until we visited Vagianelis S.A. They found the issue immediately, did the appropriate repairs and now the bike runs like never before. The support and care from the repair mechanics up to the service manager and the owner was exceptional. Highly recommended!

I received some truly outstanding service here on Friday (in English) - thank you, George! My R1250GSA had another battery issue so I emailed Vagianelis BMW Motorrad and they told me to come by the next day. They were able to replace the battery under warranty and they also performed recall work - complementary, of course. The work was done very professionally and more quickly than expected. They're also looking into an issue my defective ConnectedRide Com U1 headset. In short: very kind and competent staff who provide great service.
