Big store with a large variety, especially their book department. The cafe on the top floor, with a great view, is definitely worth going. UPDATE: Unfortunately the cafe on top floor has closed.

Although the prices are ridiculously expensive, the staff and salespeople are excellent! The IT consultant was very helpful when helping me purchase a new phone.

Nice place with different choices. But if you choose delivery service, it's a little bit the mess. They give you trucking number just to tell that you order is shipped, there's no more information. Hopefully I finally got what I ordered.

Uninterested staff, no expertise on their relevant section. Mostly decorative and there just to restock. However, lots of options when it comes to books and (sure enough) smart phones.

It could be a lot cheaper. But to be honest this specific store has an amazing coffee house on the top floor with great view. There are several sites that compare prices from different stores all around Greece and Public isn't ever close to the top when you sort by price. Sure these are big stores, usually, if not always, located in central places and have a good variety of products, but why buy there and support another big company with a bit overpriced products when you can support a local store which is cheaper with just a tiny bit of research?

After I took the order back to make a complaint, they told me it was bought throught other store, even if ordered from public website, they told me they cant help me and I have to contact the store. During my order I was able to see only public.gr not other shop. I tried to reach the 3rd party store, but they never pick up the phone and never answer the mail. My first and last experience with Public.

They charged me more than the tag price of the item i wanted to buy.. i hope it was an isolated incident and it doesnt happen continuously..

Book variety is good, service is friendly but prices are up to 50% higher than the ones on their online store. No restrooms for customers. I will skip next time.

Service could have been better but overall nice

I went to buy a laptop... I asked for 3 different computer, which where exposed. All three computers where the last one and cannot be sell. I went there because is big, and I supposed to have some chance. No. Went home without computer.

We found kpop disc's that we couldn't find everywhere else

Generally worst place to buy anything. Specially the management. They dont even know the laws between buyer and seller.

Shop is quite nice, it's a bit smaller than many ones in the center but have most of categories, employees don't follow you around, but are available if you need them

Great shopping and reasonable prices. Lots of selections. Also phone repairs done on site in a few hours.

Compared to other Public stores, this one lacks the variety and diversity in options and products. Nevertheless, you might still find what you're looking for.

I like the verity of electronics 👍 however I dislike the warranties they keep pushing whenever you purchase anything. Apart from that all is good.

Went to exchange a used game with their used game service. Their website said that they would buy my game for 35€. When I got there they bought it from me for 11€ (store credit).. Didn’t even allow me to buy prepaid cards with it. Went there for nothing..

Some things could be improved regarding the stock and the availability of products. The staff is always willing to help and they are very friendly 🙂

Quite a good place. If you want to find some book in English and don't want to go to the centre of Athens, you may find it here. There is a diversity of fiction literature, a lot of ancient Greek literature, some poetry and even small shells of philosophy and non-fiction literature. I mean the English sections.
