The
clinic
is
ok,
modern
and
professional
staff.
My
review
is
only
about
my
doctor,
Konstantinos
Dimitropoulos.
Is
been
one
year
since
and
I've
been
wondering
if
I
should
share
my
experience
or
not.
I
meet
him
through
my
neighbor
who
had
a
successful
ivf
with
him
15
years
ago.
I
was
hopeful.
But
for
the
whole
process
he
proved
to
be
very
rude,
cold,
dismissive
and
not
very
professional.
Maybe
it
has
something
to
do
with
xenofobia
and
racism
(I'm
not
Greek
and
my
partner
is
native
African)
or
is
just
his
character.
For
each
appointment
I
had
to
wait
at
least
half
an
hour,
while
I
got
to
see
him
for
5
to
10
minutes.
He
would
be
very
annoid
if
i
had
any
questions
and
the
whole
process
was
very
robotic,
no
human
emotion.
He
was
always
passing
us
to
Maria,
his
nurse
which
is
the
same
as
he
is,
even
to
make
my
next
appointment
I
had
to
call
her
several
times.
Just
one
example:
he
called
me
for
an
appointment
just
to
ask
me
if
I
had
my
period
that
month
and
to
tell
me
to
call
Maria
when
I'll
have
my
period.
Completely
disregard
of
my
time,
cause
me
and
my
partner
had
to
take
a
day
off
from
work,
go
to
the
hospital,
take
a
rapid
test
to
get
in,
wait
half
an
hour,
just
to
answer
to
one
question
that
could
be
solved
by
phone.
We
passed
blindly
the
whole
procedure
with
no
information
and
no
guidance.
And
the
worse
was
when
I
had
to
do
the
embryo
transfer
cause
I
was
not
informed
what's
the
difference
between
3
days
and
5
days
transfer.
I
read
on
internet
about
it,
but
it
was
very
confusing
so
when
I
supposed
to
call
him
to
inform
which
of
the
2
options
I
choose,
I
just
told
him
that
I
need
a
bit
more
time
(half
an
hour)
cause
I
can't
decide
and
I
don't
know
what
to
do.
His
answer
was
a
swear.
I
end
up
doing
the
transfer
in
the
3rd
day,
just
to
not
have
to
deal
with
him
again.
The
whole
process
was
insuccesul,
my
sack
grew
for
3
months
but
no
embryo
out
of
3
survived.
I
am
not
blaming
him
for
that,
but
he
definitely
made
this
process
stressful
and
traumatic
for
me.
I
wish
I
would
have
a
caring
doctor,
with
love
for
his
profession,
with
human
emotions
and
patience
to
guide
me
and
help
me
take
the
best
decisions.
Doctor
Dimitropoulos
is
not
this
person.
After
the
transfer,
he
wished
me
good
luck
and
that
was
all.
No
recommendations
on
anything,
no
next
fallow
up
appointment,
just
sent
me
to
Maria
to
write
my
prescription.
I
tried
to
fallow
up
with
her,
but
she
just
stopped
to
answer
my
messages
where
I
was
sending
her
my
blood
test
results.
3
weeks
I
was
with
no
medical
supervision
until
I
found
another
doctor.
I
lost
probably
my
only
chance
to
have
a
baby
(the
whole
procedure
is
very
expensive
and
we
can't
afford
to
repeat
it)
and
this
doctor
made
it
stressful
and
traumatic.
I
feel
very
unlucky
that
I
put
in
his
hand
our
chance
on
having
a
child.
