Worse experience, had to wait 30 min for someone to assist me , and they were 4 people which no one approached me to help ,I had to go around 3 times and ask each member to assist me and still they was busy talking to each other What a unprofessional staff. Shame that no manager looking after them and put them to work a bit .

Ordered a kitchen and oven appliance 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to arrive within one week. When the delivery date approached I was called and informed it will take one more week as the manufacturer hasn’t provided them with enough pieces to cover all the orders. Unfortunately still after 20 days our kitchen hasn’t arrived! We ordered the kitchen on time to make sure we will have it will be delivered on time and the only update from media markt is that it is not their fault and they can only hope it will arrive within the next 10 days. No offer to refund the product since it’s been extremely late. Unacceptable customer service will never shop from media markt again!

Media markt or Mafia market? They use low price to lure you, once you are on the hook, the game is on. I paid for a Sony camera two weeks ago IN the store when they have the summer sales, the cashier took the FULL payment. because the camera is not in stock so I have to wait for 5 days, couple days later I received a phone call telling me that the camera is not available by SONY and the order has to be cancelled. However the product is right there on their website just with a higher price! very typical bait and switch tactic, international travelers be aware! They do have some good employees but some of them will lie without even thinking.

Ordered a washing machine, AC & humidifier over a month ago. Beware on long delivery times and 0 communication

Very friendly staff and decent variety in totally normal prices but some stuff are left out in the open and have parts of them stolen without the employees noticing which resulted in me buying something only to notice at home someone took an important part off of it. On top of that, one of the employees that sold us a vacuum for a hefty price had the ability (and was probably even advised to) offer us a better price but totally didn't which isn't a big deal of course but goes to say that they don't try to care as much as they should for the customer.

Repair laptop, continious report on the process. Friendly & professional. Strongly recommend for buing & repairing 🙂🙂🙂

I ordered a refrigerator and two air condition units on the 16th of November 2022. I took them 2 weeks to deliver, another week to install them and now it's been a week I've been waiting for them to collect the old air condition units. I've been calling them every day and the only answer I get is "wait". Worst experience ever, never order anything from them.

So many good deals. Well worth the trip.

Apart from them having all the electronics you could imagine, including white goods, this store had a huge discount section, mainly with stuff not in original boxes. Serious bargains to be had.

I was in trouble with a air conditioner and I call the call centre and they told me to go there now it’s just one left and everything went good and super friendly employees and they knew the job thank you very much all the team!!!

Yesterday we visited Media Markt Rentis to buy the new PS5. It wasn’t available at the moment but the lady that was in charge named Yiota was unbelievably helpful and managed to get us one anyway!! We were so thrilled and really can’t explain how thankful we are for this!! In conclusion it’s a great shop to find anything you need and Mrs Yiota is definitely a keeper!!

You can find everything around electronics there, great choices. Unfortunately they didn't have any great offers for Desktop. Also the store is far into the dead industrial zone behind Rentis Fun Park and hard to reach if you don't have a car
