    I wanted to change my ticket to better accommodations at the last minute and Irini made that possible without any hassle or complications. I've been using Ferryscanner for the last month throughout my travels in Greece and I can heartily recommend their services.

    Excellent customer experience. Aggeliki was very helpful and polite. I had to make a change in my reservation, so we spoke via their website chat and she sorted my tickets in 10 minutes. Very smooth and efficient.

    Booked ferries from Santorini / Paros/ Mykonos. Loved that we could see all the different ferries, times and prices to fit in with check out and check in times at accommodation. Everything worked perfectly.

    I've booked 2 tickets for a trip in Greece, but I've had to cancel 7 day before. With Antonio in the chat service, I cancelled in few minutes. Great service. They assure me that my money will be back in 2-3 days. Very good service. Francesco Gervasi

    It was a pleasure interacting with Nikos, one of the company's online chat operators. He addressed my issue with a great deal of professionalism and went the extra mile in order to fully satisfy the request. I truly appreciate his efforts and he certainly represented the company in the best possible way.

    Easy to book the night before we went. First ferry ride I had received my tickets but the second & third ferry ride I couldn’t access my tickets. I went to a kiosk and they printed them out for me for an additional $.50 each.

    My wife and I went to Ferry Scanner Offices to get our tickets for our journey through the Greek Islands. Once we finally arrived at the office the staff located at the front desk received us with a friendly smile and asked us about what they could help us, so, we asked for our tickets an one of the people of the staff helped us with that. Once we get our tickets, we noticed that there was one missing, the one from Mykonos to Piraeus, which had an issue, fortunately Ilias, one of the people of ferry scanner staff, could help us to resolve it. Now that we are back on our country, I trustly recommend the service offered by the staff of ferry scanner, they are friendly, attentive and very helpful. Continue as it, doing that great job.

    Absolutely fantastic customer service! Christos went above and beyond to assist me in a courteous manner. When I needed to modify my reservation, we communicated through their website chat, and he efficiently managed to update my tickets within just 10 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Stay away!! Eventhough i booked from them, the ferry company did not let my people to go onboard. At the messages they said that you have had printed out your tickets prior the embarkation (like you have a printer with you the whole time) or go to the nearest tourist office to do it for you. Afterwards they said that nothing can be done so you don't get a refund. Totally a scam company that plays with the small lines. Be very very careful.

    Total disappointment. I booked round trip tickets to the island of Aeghina from the port of Piraeus at Saronik Ferrys and received round trip tickets with a car and return tickets without a car. We only stayed at the church for 2 hours and we had to pay for other tickets at Anek lines to be able to return by car. I talked to them and they don't want to return the money. Be careful not to suffer like us.

    We scheduled a ferry ride a couple of months in advance and I was going over the details a week before our flight to Greece. I realized I accidently booked the ferry to the wrong island. I was able to chat with with one of the representatives and she helped me correct the ferry tickets to the correct island. She was so helpful! Great customer service!

    I booked a trip with Ferryscanner. A little later I received an email informing me that my ferry was canceled. I requested by email an equivalent trip and I received all the information. I also contacted their customer service by chat to be sure of the change and I had very good contact and everything went smoothly! I therefore recommend this site.

    I like Ferryscanner for they are very quick responding. Last year our ferry was cancelled and local we booked another one. Ferryscanner was pro active in informing us about refund. The money was also refunded very quick. I just asked them about the itinerary for May and the responded immediately. I hope I can reserve my ticket the coming weeks.

    I am totally satisfied with the platform, as it is user friendly as well as it has mostly the lowest prices in the market. In addition, the customer service responds fast and their solution are on spot. I'll definitely keep using Ferry scanner as my optimal booking service :)

    Ferryscanner were able to follow through with our customer support query to have our tickets refunded after issues with the departure time of our ferry. I appreciate the time they spent to contact the ferry company on my behalf to attempt to get us a refund on our tickets.     Excellent customer service. They were very responsive during a time of many ferry cancellations. Thus they must have been extremely busy but were able to assist in re-booking my ticket quickly and very respectfully. The agent I chatted with was Antonio and he was excellent.

    I booked tickets through Ferryscanner because I didn't have time to go the Bluestar's Ferry counter to get them. Even though it was clearly stated on the booking confirmation e-mail I received from ferryscanner that I could get my tickets from their office, when I visited them they told me they can't. A waste of time.

    We had originally booked a trip with the Ferryscanner website and it was really easy to navigate. We decided later to change our plans a bit and I needed to refund our original trip. The team at Ferryscanner was quick to reply and help me with the cancellation of my original tickets and we decided to get our new tickets through the Ferryscanner site as well! They were most helpful especially trying to plan a trip from across the globe!

    I had an emergency come up and had to cancel a ferry and rebook another, all booked through ferry scanner. I spoke with Nikos from their customer service team and he happily helped me out with refunding one of the ferries I needed to cancel and rebooked me on another ferry to the destination I needed to be at no charge!!     Had an issue with the confirmation email. Outlook refused to accept it for some reason. The support team helped me initially via email (off work hours) and then via chat. Very capable with great attitude and my problem was quickly resolved (sent the confirmation to a Gmail account, which worked flawlessly)

    My flight back home was cancelled and I had to change my return tickets to Athens. Konstantina in the chat was kind and helpful. She went the extra mile as the payment system for the change fee did not work and so exceptionally she allowed for the change anyway. Highly recommended service.

    unexpectable behavior . First of all and the most important part is that when I bought a one way ticket to Athens from Chania the website asked for my card information once but paid the amount of two tickets with out asking me a second time neither for mine or my cards information. When i found out about that on my card's app I contact them and they told to expect a refund and to expect an email soon. They contacted me 3 months later with an email of a receipt off the second ticket that they claim i bought as the explanation. Horrible customer service.

    Great help by the team. Very helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately I wanted to change my ferry tickets as there was a change in my plans. I contacted the team through WhatsApp and they were able to change my tickets with out much trouble. Great job. Thanks to the entire team.

    Although I have small faith for chat CS, this is the second time I am using it and both times I left extremely satisfied. Furthermore both cases were tricky i.e. change the ticket to open and now get a new date for my trip AND cover the difference in the price. The CS agent provided me a link in order to pay via VIVA WALET w/o need to subscribe. Thumbs up, keep providing excellent CS!!!

    Good place to find regular boat trips. Yet you better take the tickets from the carrier because you have better chances to make changes etc with no fees. It's better than other webpages that require more fees for changes. It is a little hard to call them so chat with them.

    I do not recommend it!! The live chat service is utterly slow and the staff very impolite. Sometimes they do not even answer you when all you want is information about tickets' prices so that you can move on with the process. Moreover, they speak to you in the singular, which is very unprofessional! I am left very disappointed!!!

    Excellent services! You can see all the connections between the ports (a map would be good), you can find out the time required for the crossing and the price you have to pay. Finally, buying the tickets was very easy.

    Would be beneficial for Ferry Scanner to mention that third party agencies may charge a fee for printing of tickets. This will save customers questioning the extra charge and for the sake of honesty. Appreciate the proactive response of Ferry Scanner to my previous review.

    Terrible company, unable to to update availability of Vessels schedule. The transact money without availability. They don't release amount immediately. Bad communication with the accounting department. Most of the people working there thjey7 don't know the job and they have no manners. unable to communicate with them. They hide their representatives lawyers. Be careful with your booking! And good luck!!!

    I have tried to book a ferry tickets on ferryscanner website on 29/08/2022 from Milos to Santorini. At the end after entering my bank details the reservation was not completed. After few minutes I saw the amount debited from my bank account although no reservation has been confirmed. After texting and emailing several times Ferryscanner team, they said that it was due to a lack of availability and that I should check with my bank. My bank confirmed that the money left my bank account and never came back. Until now, I didn’t get my money back (404€ for 4 people). ferryscanner is not doing any investigation internally to solve my problem. I’am warning and advising you to book your tickets DIRECTLY with the ferry company and NOT ferryscanner. Otherwise YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

    The worst, unprofessional and non carring for their customers...... I booked ferry tickets for Igoumenitsa from Ancona and I missed the ferry because of traffic a navigation mistake of mine and because although I had made the online check in I had to go to the to tickets office.... So far not their fault. I immediately contacted them to explain the situation and asked for a ticket change with the expected charge of course. Not only did they not help me at all but their cold blooded response was that this is our policy and that nothing could be done....... Of course I booked directly with the seaferry company instead of them. Dear ferry scanner the only accepted policy should be CUSTOMER CARE and building LONG term relationships with your customers not ignoring a stranded customer in another country and giving a f..... K.

    Unexpected wonderful experience! I made a mistake on my reservation and I was ready to hustle with somebody to change my tickets and ready to pay an extra fee. To my surprise the service with Ferryscanner in the chat box, initially with an AI machine, and then with extra friendly Thalia was excellent!     Had to change my ticket, but was quite straightforward and only 3 Euros per ticket. Customer Service chatbot apparently is open Mon to Friday 9h00-1900 and weekends 9h00-1700 (Athens time). I did the whole thing in English, no problem, so I guess support is multilingual

    A return trip i booked through them was cancelled because the boat was not seaworthy. I had to rebook at extra cost and they need to have the tickets back to refund me. If i had no money to rebook i would have been stranded in the island.

    Real great customer service. I made a gross mistake on my booking date. I received a notification by email telling me my departure was scheduled in 48 hours while I had intended to depart 1month later. I contacted them via chat box and received kind, fast and efficient assistance. They solved my problem and saved my trip.

    Beware of this company as they will charge you a lot of money in case you want to change your tickets although they pretend there are no aditional costs. For two tickets of less than 80 Euros together they wanted to charge 300Euros extra for changing the dates. They say that the money is charged by the ferry company but I checked with the actual ferry company and they said that they will never charge such a ridiculous amount. So beware and don't use this company. It will take you a few minutes more to buy from the actual ferry companies but it is worth it. Also good to know is that they have no phone where you can reach them. They only have customer service on facebook messenger! They probably know why.
